  • Patent number: 9815472
Abstract: A braking force control apparatus for a saddle ride vehicle includes a transmission controller which reduces driving force of an engine by a predetermined speed reduction ratio and transmits the driving force to a drive wheel, a clutch device which connects—disconnects the driving force between the engine and the transmission, a brake device which generates braking force on the drive wheel, and a sensor which detects a state of the transmission. The transmission switches between a neutral state and an in-gear state, and when the sensor detects that the transmission is switching from the neutral state to the in-gear state, the controller causes the brake device to generate braking force on the drive wheel, and then releases the braking force upon completion of the switching to the in-gear state.

  • Patent number: 9809222
Abstract: A braking force control apparatus in a motorcycle, includes a controller which controls a transmission to reduces driving force of an engine by a predetermined speed reduction ratio and transmits the driving force to a drive wheel of a vehicle, a clutch between the engine and the transmission, and brake devices which generate braking force on the wheels. The vehicle is switchable between a normal and a slow speed driving modes. In the slow speed mode the controller detects an inclination pitching angle ?, and causes the brake devices to generate braking force on at least one of the drive wheels when ??a predetermined value, then starts switching the clutch to a connected state when a driving operation is input, and gradually releases the braking force once driving force starts to be transmitted to the drive wheel.

  • Patent number: 9569346
Abstract: A method and system for asynchronous code testing. Test cases are generated from an input code that includes code blocks organized in a hierarchy of nesting levels characterized by respective nesting level numbers that increase with increasing separation of each respective nesting level from a reference level of the total input code. Each test case includes a respective launching priority that quantifies how strongly each test case is associated with at least one modified code block of the input code. Generating the test cases determines the respective launching priority for each test case by (i) determining an association strength of each modified code block as measured by the nesting level in the hierarchy of each modified code block and (ii) computing the launching priority as a sum of the association strengths of the modified code blocks. The test cases are run to produce a test result.

  • Patent number: 9022157
Abstract: A motorcycle with an ABS module disposed to make it hard to affect the layout of other components while suppressing the influence of vibration on the ABS module. A motorcycle includes rear frames joined to corresponding rear portions of the main frames and extending upwardly and rearwardly at a position below the corresponding seat frames. Front wheel braking members apply a braking force to a front wheel. An ABS module is connected to the front wheel braking means. A seat is supported on the upper portions of the seat frames. The ABS module has at least a portion disposed below the seat and between the seat frames and the rear frames as viewed from the side. The ABS module is suspended and supported by front and rear cross stays spanned between the pair of seat frames via a front elastic members and a rear elastic member.

  • Patent number: 9010878
Abstract: A brake apparatus that can achieve front-rear distribution in accordance with a traveling environment variation. At an intermediate point from a start point of a second mode, first interval to an end point of a second mode, second interval, the increasing rate of braking force for a front wheel with respect to an operation amount is changed. The increasing rate of the operation amount prior to the intermediate point can be represented by a first inclination of a curve while the increasing rate of the operation amount after the intermediate point is represented by a second inclination of the curve. The first inclination is less than the second inclination. Setting the increasing rate after an intermediate point to be higher than the increasing rate before the intermediate point, the vehicle body generation deceleration can be caused to increase in a linear proportion to the operation amount.

  • Patent number: 8826239
Abstract: A system and associated method for asynchronous code testing in an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The IDE has components of a source code editor, an impact analyzer, a test case launcher, a graphical user interface (GUI), and a database. All components run concurrently for asynchronous and real-time code editing. Upon modification of a code block of an input code, a test case is automatically generated and a launching priority is calculated based on the relationship between the modified code block and each code block affected by the modification. Generated test cases are automatically run by the test case launcher or manually selected by the user to produce a test run result.
