  • Publication number: 20050158846
Abstract: The present invention discloses a cell culturing system that cultures predetermined cells collected from a patient and supplies cultured cells to the original patient, which together with enabling correlations between the cultured cells and the supplier of the cells to be managed accurately and easily at all times, allows cultured cells and patients to be collated rapidly. In a cell culturing system 20 that carries in cells containing stem cells and contains them in an incoming transport container to which is attached unique identification information, transfers the transported cells to and cultures them in a culture container to which is attached unique identification information, and carries out the cultured cells by transferring them to an outgoing transport container to which is attached unique identification information, ID numbers attached to the containers before and after transfer are input from a barcode reader 31 whenever the cells are transferred to a different container.

  • Patent number: 6577940
Abstract: A shift control apparatus comprises clutches driven by shift solenoids and whether or not the raising of the rotation speed occurs in an internal combustion engine is determined. If the raising of the engine rotation speed is detected, a hydraulic pressure learn correction is made to engagement hydraulic pressure and a time learn correction is made to the hydraulic pressure supply preparation time. The correction ratio of the energization-hydraulic pressure characteristic (I-P characteristic) of clutch clearance and the shift solenoid is set so as to become an appropriate distribution ratio and the learning is started based thereon.

  • Patent number: 6547698
Abstract: A system for controlling an automatic transmission of a vehicle, wherein if the change of the destined gear GB (i.e., the target gear SH) is required when the jumping shift, i.e., two-gear downshifting is in progress, the input/output rotational speed ratio GRATIO (indicative of degree of shift progress) is compared with the predetermined input/output rotational speed ratio #GRCN312 or #GRCN423, and based on the result of comparison, how the shift to establish or effect the required destined gear GB, i.e., the shift mode QATNUM is determined, thereby enabling to improve or enhance the response to the change of the destined gear GB during two-gear downshifting. It can also prevent the clutch from being degraded in such a shifting.

  • Patent number: 6533704
Abstract: A control system (a control valve CV and an electronic control unit ECU) for an automatic transmission TM performs an automatic control to select and establish a speed ratio from a plurality of speed ratios in response to the condition of a vehicle which is set in a drive range. This control system creates a neutral condition if the vehicle is stationary with the brake of the vehicle being actuated and the accelerator for the engine being turned off while the transmission is set in a drive range. The control system is also equipped with an engine output control device 50 that adjusts the engine output which is input into the transmission when the transmission in the drive range leaves the neutral condition and starts to establish any of the speed ratios in the drive range.

  • Patent number: 6530857
Abstract: A system for controlling an automatic transmission of a vehicle, in which a pressure supply time to complete removal of the clutch-stroke play is determined based on the input shaft rotational speed. And a residual oil amount in the clutch is estimated and the time is corrected by the residual oil amount. The preparatory pressure to be supplied within the time is also determined based on the input shaft rotational speed and the ATF temperature. With this, it becomes possible to effect the clutch-stroke play removal within a less variant time and with a good response, thereby decreasing the shift shock effectively so as to improve the feeling of the vehicle occupant.

  • Patent number: 6526343
Abstract: A system for controlling an automatic transmission of a vehicle, wherein a pressure to be supplied to the hydraulic clutch of a target gear is determined based on a desired value of acceleration of gravity acting in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and other parameters including an engine torque, thereby decreasing the shift shock effectively, while ensuring to finish the shift within an expected period of time. Moreover, the engine torque is estimated using a parameter indicative of inertia torque used for raising the engine speed. With this, it becomes possible to determine the engine torque inputted to the transmission, thereby decreasing the shift shock more effectively.

  • Patent number: 6454677
Abstract: A control system, which creates a neutral condition if a vehicle is stationary with the brake of the vehicle being actuated and the accelerator for the engine being turned off while the transmission is set in a drive range, is equipped with a brake switch (36), which detects the operational condition of the brake, and a output rotation sensor (40), which detects the rotational speed of the output member of the transmission. If the control system detects the rotation of the output member by the output rotation sensor (40), then the control system terminates the neutral condition in spite of the operational condition of the brake, which is detected by the brake switch (36).

  • Patent number: 6421597
Abstract: A system for controlling an automatic transmission of a vehicle, wherein the hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the frictional engaging element such as a hydraulic clutch is determined, taking the performance of tracking or follow-up of the hydraulic pressure into account so as to enhance the control toughness against the engine speed change, thereby decreasing the shift shock effectively so as to improve the feeling of the vehicle occupant, while ensuring to prevent the engine from revving over or excessively. Further, the friction coefficient of the hydraulic clutch is calculated additionally taking parameters including the rotational difference thereof into account to determine the pressure to be supplied to the frictional engaging element, thereby further decreasing the shift shock effectively.

  • Patent number: 6343520
Abstract: An automatic transmission comprises a forward/reverse selection hydraulic servomechanism 70 which actuates a dog clutch and a plurality of clutches 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. For this automatic transmission, a control system comprises first˜fifth on/off solenoid valves 81˜85 and first˜third linear solenoid valves 86˜88. These valves are used to control the supply and drain of a line pressure to and from the forward/reverse selection hydraulic servomechanism 70 and first˜fifth shift valves 60, 62, 64, 66 and 68 so as to control the actuation thereof for the selective engagement of the clutches. This system, when it detects, by a hydraulic switch 93, a condition that the D range is selected and that the actuation command signals being sent to the solenoid valves correspond to one of the signal combinations which are used for setting the driving modes of the D range, allows the actuation of the solenoid valves by these actuation command signals.
