  • Patent number: 9104913
Abstract: In measuring pattern with large process fluctuation, correct measurement cannot be carried out if noises, such as pattern that is not the subject to be measured, and dirt, are present in periphery of pattern to be measured in previously registered measurement region. Among the image data of sample, predetermined region aligned by pattern matching is set as region not to be measured that is excluded from subjects of pattern measurement. For example, in measuring pattern with large process fluctuation, only region including pattern with small process fluctuation is used in pattern matching, while in measuring the pattern, predetermined region, which was used in pattern matching and aligned, is set as region not to be measured. Stable pattern measurement can be easily carried out with respect to pattern with large process fluctuation, without being affected by region where measurement region and region not to be measured overlap with each other.

  • Publication number: 20140345887
Abstract: A litter separating apparatus includes a frame, a churn-up mechanism provided at a front portion of the frame, and a mesh member provided at a rear portion of the frame. During operation, when the separating apparatus is towed on the surface of sand ground, the churn-up mechanism churns up litter along with sand, and throws thus churned up litter into said mesh member which catches the litter. The mesh member includes an encircling portion including a rear wall and side walls, and having an opening formed therein. The mesh member is attached pivotally to one of longitudinal members of the frame. An opening-closing plate is pivotally arranged around an open-side edge of one of the side walls on the longitudinal member to which the mesh member is pivotally attached. Such litter separating apparatus prevents litter from dropping out from the mesh member during collection of the litter.

  • Publication number: 20140254128
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a solid state lighting device includes an irradiating section configured to emit laser light, a scattering section, and a wavelength conversion section. The scattering section has a principal plane provided to cross an optical axis of the laser light and includes a light scattering material that reflects the laser light made incident thereon and emits the laser light as scattered light. The wavelength conversion section absorbs the scattered light made incident from a first surface and emits wavelength-converted light having a wavelength larger than the wavelength of the laser light from a second surface on a side opposite to the first surface. The scattered light passes through the wavelength conversion section while being scattered and is emitted from the second surface.

  • Patent number: 8595140
Abstract: Modified firmware is registered and controlled, and, when a download request is received from a terminal device, unupdated firmware is determined and downloaded to the terminal device. User identification information obtained from the download request is acquired, and, if the user identification information matches the user identification information of another terminal device that is already carrying out download, the download to the terminal device that output the download request is stopped. Even when the user identification information matches the user identification information of the other terminal device that is already carrying out download, if it is determined to be a download request by an operator operation, stopping the download is cancelled so as to execute the download, and a forcible termination notification is transmitted to the other terminal device that is already executing download so as to interrupt the download thereof in the process.
