  • Patent number: 9465116
Abstract: A monocoque-structured housing accommodates a photoelectric conversion panel, a scintillator, and a circuit board in this order from an X-ray incidence side. The scintillator contains cesium iodide and converts X-rays into visible light. The scintillator is vapor-deposited on the photoelectric conversion panel. A plurality of pixels that photoelectrically convert the visible light into charges are formed in the photoelectric conversion panel. A signal processor, which reads out the charge from each pixel and generates image data, is mounted on the circuit board. A gap layer is formed between the scintillator and the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20160252630
Abstract: The present invention provides a radiation detector, a radiographic imaging device and a radiographic imaging system that may detect radiation with high precision. Namely, in the radiation detector, radiation detection pixels include detection TFTs, and light that has been converted from radiation is illuminated directly from a scintillator onto the detection TFTs. Accordingly, leak current occurs in semiconductor active layers of the detection TFTs corresponding to the amount (intensity) of the illuminated light, and the leak current flows in to signal lines. Accordingly, radiation may be detected by monitoring the leak current, and enables timings, such as the start of irradiation of radiation, to be detected.

  • Publication number: 20160169161
Abstract: An internal combustion engine has a water-cooled intercooler cooling intake air turbocharged by a turbocharger. The intercooler has an HT intercooler into which HT cooling water passing through a cylinder block is introduced and an LT intercooler into which LT cooling water lower in temperature than the HT cooling water is introduced and the LT intercooler is arranged to abut against an intake downstream side of the HT intercooler. A target LT temperature is set to a high temperature-side target value in a case where a temperature of the HT cooling water flowing into the HT intercooler is lower than a target HT temperature correlated with warm-up completion and the target LT temperature is set to a low temperature-side target value in a case where the temperature of the HT cooling water is equal to or higher than the target HT temperature.

  • Publication number: 20160103229
Abstract: The present invention provides a radiographic imaging device, radiographic imaging system, a program for controlling the radiographic imaging device, and a method for controlling the radiographic imaging device that may accurately detect start of irradiation of radiation even noises are generated by interference or the like. When radiation is irradiated, electric signals outputted from radiation detection pixels in charge accumulation period are detected by signal detection circuit during detection period. Control section determines whether time variation of the electric signals feature pre-specified characteristics of noise. If not, the start of the irradiation of radiation has been properly detected, the charge accumulation period continues, and radiographic image is imaged.
