  • Patent number: 9250335
Abstract: The present invention provides a radiographic imaging device, a radiographic imaging system, a computer readable medium storing disconnection detection program and a disconnection detection method that may detect disconnected specific signal lines even when the charge amount output from a single pixel is small. Namely, a bias voltage is applied to pixels, and offset charges due to leak current of sensor portions (photodiodes) are accumulated. The gates of pixel TFT switches are switched ON in sequence, and electric signals are output corresponding to the accumulated offset charges. A control section detects a cumulative value of the offset charge amount based on the electric signals. The detected cumulative value is then compared to a predetermined disconnection detection threshold value and disconnected signal lines are detected when the cumulative value is less than the threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20150078528
Abstract: In an X-ray imaging apparatus, a detection panel has monitor pixels for monitoring X-rays. A signal processor samples a dose signal of a dose per unit time of X-rays according to an output of the monitor pixels. A start detector checks whether irradiation of X-rays is started according to a result of comparison between the dose signal and a start threshold. An AEC device acquires cumulative dose from a start time of the start of irradiation of X-rays until acquisition time after a predetermined time according to the dose signal. According to the cumulative dose, a predicted time point of a reach of the cumulative dose to a target dose is estimated. A stop signal is transmitted to a radiation source controller at the predicted time point, to stop the irradiation of X-rays.

  • Publication number: 20150076358
Abstract: Radiation images with different resolutions may be captured using a general-purpose driver configured with a shift register group in a single system. Each shift register is connected to a first gate line or a second gate line via a connection terminal in accordance with wiring of a radiation detector. Under the control of an FPGA, in a case of low resolution imaging, a panel control section outputs OE signals that disable the output of on signals from the shift registers to the first gate lines in accordance with CPK signals. In a case of high resolution imaging, the panel control section outputs OE signals that disable the output of on signals from the shift registers to the second gate lines. In both cases, an on signal outputted from a shift register is inputted to a succeeding shift register.

  • Patent number: 8949003
Abstract: Provided is a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine, which can favorably suppress an occurrence of abnormal combustion regardless of its operational conditions. An occurrence probability of abnormal combustion of the internal combustion engine (10) is obtained on the basis of a fuel dilution index. An expected value I of the number of occurrences of abnormal combustion per a predetermined time period is calculated on the basis of the occurrence probability of abnormal combustion. The upper limit value of a torque generated by the internal combustion engine (10) is limited low so that the expected value I does not exceed a predetermined tolerable value.
