  • Publication number: 20100007231
Abstract: A vehicular alternator is provided which can suppress the vibration of a circuit board. The vehicular alternator has a rectifier that includes a plurality of diodes forming a full-wave rectifier circuit, a pair of negative and positive terminal side heat sinks that hold the diodes, and a circuit board connecting the diodes and a stator coil to one another, wherein the negative and positive terminal side heat sinks and the circuit board are mounted on a casing at a plurality of mounting portions, which are superposed with one another in an axial direction of a shaft, by using mounting members. Between adjacent ones of the mounting portions, there are formed abutment portions in which the circuit board is superposed on and placed in abutment with the negative terminal side heat sink or the positive terminal side heat sink, and the abutment portions are fixed to each other by rivets.

  • Patent number: 6455958
Abstract: The present invention is to obtain a vehicle alternator capable of effectively reducing an electromagnetic noise. The vehicle alternator includes steel sheet fans mounted to poles by being welding to the end surfaces of the poles on the inner peripheral sides of the fans at a plurality of positions in a peripheral direction and a bobbin around which a coil is wound and which is attached in the poles and further includes elastic matters interposed between the fans and the poles on the outer peripheral side of the welding portions where the fans are welded to the poles.

  • Patent number: 5903084
Abstract: A rotor for a dynamo-electric machine is capable of reducing the leakage of magnetic flux between triangular magnetic poles, making it possible to protect magnets disposed between the triangular magnetic poles from damage. The rotor is equipped with: a rotor coil through which current flows to generate magnetic flux; a field core which is provided such that it covers the rotor coil and which is composed of a first field core member and a second field core member having a triangular magnetic poles, respectively; a plurality of magnets which are disposed between adjacent triangular magnetic poles and which have been magnetized in a direction so as to reduce the leakage of the magnetic flux between the triangular magnetic poles. Each magnet is constituted by a first magnet section secured by a securing means to the triangular magnetic pole of the first field core member and a second magnet section secured by a securing means to the triangular magnetic pole of the second field core member.

  • Patent number: 5757102
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a dynamoelectric machine that can be manufactured merely by adding simple work without the necessity of increasing the number of parts and that is characteristic of a minimized electromagnetic sound.Included are a pair of field cores 12 having a plurality of claw-like magnetic poles 12a on the outer circumference thereof and being arranged so that the claw-like magnetic poles 12a can alternately mesh with one another, a coil frame 14 caught in the pair of field cores 12, a field coil 13 wound about the coil frame 14, and varnish layers 18 interposed between the field cores 12 and coil frame.
