    Abstract: A motor for an electric power steering device with an integrated controller (1) includes a motor (2) and a controller (15) which controls driving of the motor (2) and has a metal case, the motor and the controller being formed integrally with each other. The motor (1) is attached to a speed reduction mechanism (23). The motor (2), the controller (15), and the speed reduction mechanism (23) are arranged in this order, in an axial direction, and in substantially coaxial relation with each other. The heat emitted from a driving substrate and the motor can be efficiently transmitted to the speed reduction mechanism.

The first radiating plate, the second radiating plate, the first circuit board, and the second circuit board are disposed in a fan shape that is centered around a shaft so as to line up radially in a plane that is perpendicular to the shaft outside one axial end of a rear housing.
