  • Patent number: 11944999
Abstract: A vibration device includes a bimorph type piezoelectric element having a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other and a vibration member bonded to the second main surface of the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element has a first active region disposed closer to the first main surface between the first and second main surfaces and a second active region disposed closer to the second main surface than the first active region between the first and second main surfaces. When a force generated in the first active region is F1, a force generated in the second active region is F2, and a force by which the vibration member restrains the second active region is Fr, F2?F1?Fr is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 6803778
Abstract: In a natural state of a probe (41), a plunger (61) is distanced from a rod (62) by a spring (63), the rod (62) is held in contact with a contact element (75) by a spring (74), so that the rod (62) is connected to a common conductor of a base plate via a barrel (55). On the other hand, when an end of a wire comes into contact with an end of the plunger (61) to push it toward the rod (62), the rod (62) is distanced from the contact element (75). To be electrically disconnected from the common conductor of the base plate. Thus, all the barrels (55) and contact elements (75) of a plurality of probes (41) can be held at a specified potential only by a wiring for the signal common conductor.

  • Patent number: 6687639
Abstract: An electrical connection test is conducted within a practical response time every time a harness-forming wire is connected on a compact assembling board. Multiplexing communication controllers adopting a perfect time-division multiplexing communication method according to which tokens are given to units by a time-division technique based on timing bit sets issued at specified intervals from any of the units and node addresses are provided. Every time a harness-forming wire is connected, an electrical connection of a network of a wiring harness including this harness-forming wire is tested. In this electrical connection test, whether the network is satisfactory is determined up to a last stage every time the harness-forming wire is connected in the production process of the wiring harness being tested.

  • Patent number: 6530677
Abstract: A method and apparatus for instructing a procedure for manufacturing a wire harness are provided. A plurality of work positions is simultaneously illuminated with the visible light, and a procedure related to each work position is displayed with an optical image formed by scanning the work positions. Optical images may be consecutive numerical values formed of the visible light in correspondence to the order of works, or an outline drawing G of the wire harness WH may be displayed with an optical image formed of the visible light. Thereby, it is possible to display the order of stages without detecting the progress of an operator's work one by one. Further, utilization of the optical image allows the order of stages to be recognized easily and prevents errors from being made. Furthermore, a first holder pivotally holds a light source on a first axis. A light source-driving member for pivoting the light source on the first axis is provided on the first holder.

  • Patent number: 5754117
Abstract: A remote control device for an automotive vehicle wherein a transmitter (10) is received in a holder (2), with side-marker lights and taillights staying on, to connect holder-side contacts (3, 4) to transmitter-side contacts (16, 17), and the transmitter (10) is removed from the holder (2) to disconnect the transmitter-side contacts (16, 17) from the holder-side contacts (3, 4). A differentiating circuit (21) detects the disconnection of the transmitter-side contacts (16, 17) from the holder-side contacts (3, 4) by the removal of the transmitter (10) in the on position of the side-marker lights and taillights, and a timer (22) clocks a predetermined timer time over which LEDs illuminate manipulation keys (12) of the transmitter (10). Only the removal of the remote control transmitter from the holder permits the manipulation keys to be readily illuminated.

  • Patent number: 5691517
Abstract: A recess portion 14a is formed in the underside of the flange 14 of a tilting holder 13 at a position corresponding to, for example, an "upper right" select switch 4. As a result, the operating pin 10 of the "upper right" select switch 4 has a fixed gap with the flange 14. Consequently, the operating pin 10 of the "upper right" select switch is pressed when an operating lever 15 is tilted. However, the operating range B of, for example, the "upper right" select switch 4 is set narrower than the operating range A of, for example, the "upper" select switch 4 since the pressing of the operating pin 10 of, for example, the "upper right" select switch 4 is delayed by the gap resulting from the recess portion 14a.
