  • Patent number: 7964257
Abstract: The blow molded preform of a laminated wall structure comprises a bulging shoulder portion, which has a diameter that widens slightly in the downward direction; a bottom shell portion for molding the bottom, which has been blow molded from the corresponding portion of parison P so as to have a widened and deformed shape; an inner overhang wall portion in any position starting from the opposite side of the neck ring and ending at the upper portion of the bulging shoulder portion, with the inner wall portion having a diameter that widens in the downward direction; and/or a radially widened connecting portion of an arced shape, which has a larger diameter than the barrel portion so that the entire bottom including the bottom shell portion takes a bulging spherical shape. With this configuration, no thick area is formed in the inner overhang wall portion on the opposite side of the neck ring and/or in the pinch-off portion.

  • Publication number: 20100291332
Abstract: A laminated molded body is produced by coextrusion of plural types of resin materials and includes a main body (1) and, superimposed on its surface, a decorative layer (2) and a surface layer (3). The decorative layer (2) includes, in lamination with each other, a colored film (2a) of a colored resin material and a brightening film (2b) of a resin material capable of brightening the colored film (2a). Among these films, the colored film (2a) has a thickness that changes in a stepless or stepwise manner, and such a transparency that the bright film (2b) disposed inside can be observed therethrough, allowing the colored film (2a) to be observed in a bright state on the surface of the main body (1).

  • Patent number: 7055719
Abstract: A separable laminated container (A) of the present invention comprises an outer layer (1) made of synthetic resin and having an air suction hole (10) and an inner layer (2) made of synthetic resin and separably laminated on the inside of the outer layer, the inner layer having a portion previously separated from the outer layer just around the air suction hole. The air suction hole can be formed by driving a punch into the outer layer at a neck (4) of the separable laminated container from the outside, and punching just the outer layer leaving the inner layer behind. The portion of the inner layer previously separated from the outer layer may be left in the inwardly extended state. The inner layer is preferably made of synthetic resin having flextural modules of less than 10,000 kg/cm2.

  • Patent number: 7048132
Abstract: A blow-molded synthetic resin bottle that can be fully flattened and easily restored to an original shape. The bottle includes at least a line of turn is formed on the shoulder, the body, and the bottom along the entire vertical circumference. Among the sections divided by this line of turn, at least a section is used as a shell section in which at least a nearly entire body portion of this section has relatively high rigidity. The other section is a reversible section in which at least a nearly entire body portion has relatively low rigidity and is capable of being deformed by resilient reversion. The neck is disposed on the shoulder, and the reversible section can be deformed and easily concaved into the shell section for volume reduction and then can be restored to the original shape.
