  • Publication number: 20040112921
Abstract: A separable laminated container (A) of the present invention comprises an outer layer (1) made of synthetic resin and having an air suction hole (10) and an inner layer (2) made of synthetic resin and separably laminated on the inside of the outer layer, the inner layer having a portion previously separated from the outer layer just around the air suction hole. The air suction hole can be formed by driving a punch into the outer layer at a neck (4) of the separable laminated container from the outside, and punching just the outer layer leaving the inner layer behind. The portion of the inner layer previously separated from the outer layer may be left in the inwardly extended state. The inner layer is preferably made of synthetic resin having flextural modules of less than 10,000 kg/cm2.

  • Publication number: 20020182351
Abstract: The blow molded preform 1′ of a laminated wall structure comprises a bulging shoulder portion 4′, which has a diameter that widens slightly in the downward direction; a bottom shell portion 7′ for molding the bottom 7, which has been blow molded from the corresponding portion of parison P so as to have a widened and deformed shape; an inner overhang wall portion 3′ in any position starting from the opposite side of the neck ring 3 and ending at the upper portion of the bulging shoulder portion 4′, with the inner wall portion 3′ having a diameter that widens in the downward direction; and/or a radially widened connecting portion 6′ of an arced shape, which has a larger diameter than the barrel portion 5′ so that the entire bottom including the bottom shell portion 7′ takes a bulging spherical shape.

  • Patent number: 6467558
Abstract: Three air hammers are housed and arranged in a hammer case, and have bits at their respective ends. Each of the air hammers can be activated independently. In a normal excavation, the earth is excavated by activating all the air hammers. When correcting an excavating direction, only an air hammer positioned in the correct direction is activated first so that the earth in the correct direction is excavated in a predetermined amount. Next, all the air hammers are activated to excavate the earth. Thereby, a leading hammer can direct the excavation toward the correct direction, and thus the excavating direction is corrected.

  • Patent number: 6001208
Abstract: A method for applying a label, and a label for in-mold molding which comprises a printed layer formed on a surface of a non-oriented plastic base film over which a membrane layer for bonding to be welded by the heat of molded article at the time of the in-mold molding is overlapped. The label is inserted into a mold for the in-mold molding, the label is held on the proper position in the mold by vacuum suction, or by static electricity, and a moldable article, such as a container, is molded by injecting, filling the plastics into the mold or by expanding a parison which was placed in the mold.

  • Patent number: 5531339
Abstract: The present invention relates to a bottle made of synthetic resin, for containing various liquids, that can be easily fractured for easier handling during disposal or recycling. The bottle comprises a plurality of fracturing walls, each formed in a longitudinal band shape extending substantially in a direction of a central axis of the bottle, and main walls each disposed between the fracturing walls. The fracturing walls are made of a first material and a second material, the first material being a synthetic resin that is the same as a synthetic resin forming the main walls and/or has good compatibility with the synthetic resin of the main walls, the second material being a synthetic resin that has poor compatibility with the synthetic resin of the main walls. The bonding strength between the fracturing walls and the main walls is controlled so as to make the bottle easily fractured. If necessary, an inner covering member can be assembled within the bottle.
