  • Patent number: 7972687
Abstract: The present invention relates to a porous silicon material comprising one or more pore parts which include a first pore, a second pore, and a third pore. The first pore is formed in an upper side of the silicon. The second pore is formed in a lower side of the first pore and has a diameter that is larger or smaller than a diameter of the first pore. The third pore is formed in a lower side of the second pore and has a diameter that is identical or similar to the diameter of the first pore. The pore part having a double structure is formed in a silicon material. Since different electronic materials can be implanted into different pores of the porous silicon, it is easy to form interfaces of the implanted electronic materials.

  • Patent number: 7953052
Abstract: A handoff method in a communication system where BSs providing different radio access interfaces to an MS are connected to an IP-based network through routers. A handoff from a first BS to a second BS is decided for an MS that receives IP service data from the first BS and an L2 connection is established between the MS and the second BS. During the L2 connection establishment, movement of the MS in the IP network is detected. Handoff negotiations are conducted between the first and second BSs by IP signaling. If the handoff is available according to the negotiations, mobility management control is performed considering movement of the MS. The IP service data is transmitted to the MS in a network path reset to the second BS by the mobility management control and an L2 connection is released between the MS and the first BS.

  • Publication number: 20110038207
Abstract: The flash memory device includes a control logic circuit and a bit level conversion logic circuit. The control logic circuit programs first through Nth bits of data in a memory cell array of the N-bit MLC flash memory device or reads the first through Nth bits of the data from the memory cell array in response to one of a program command and a read command. The bit level conversion control logic circuit, after the first through Nth bits of the data are completely programmed or read, programs or reads an (N+1)th bit of the data in response to a control signal. The bit level conversion control logic circuit converts voltage levels of voltages, which are used for programming or reading the first through Nth bits of the data, to program or read for 2N cell distributions of 2N+1 cell distributions corresponding to the (N+1)th bit of the data and then programs or reads for other 2N cell distributions.
