  • Publication number: 20090103245
Abstract: A metal capacitor in which an electric conductivity is significantly improved by applying a metal material for an electrolyte and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. The metal capacitor includes a terminal increase-type metal member; a metal oxide layer being formed on the terminal increase-type metal member; an insulating layer being formed on the main electrode layers and the terminal increase-type metal member to externally expose the first and the second electrode withdrawing portions of the terminal increase-type metal member; a main electrode layer being formed at the through-hole forming portion to fill in the plurality of through-holes formed on the through-hole forming portion of the terminal increase-type metal member; a first and a second lead terminals; and a sealing member sealing the terminal increase-type metal member connected to the first and the second lead terminals to externally expose the first and the second lead terminals.

  • Publication number: 20080285210
Abstract: A metal capacitor in which an electric conductivity is significantly improved by applying a metal material, instead of a solid electrolyte and electrolyte of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. A metal capacitor 10 includes a metal member 11 including a plurality of grooves 11a on both surfaces of the metal member 11, a metal oxide film 12 being formed on the metal member 11, a seed electrode layer 13 being formed on the metal oxide film 12, a main electrode layer 14 being formed on the metal oxide film 12 to fill the plurality of grooves 11a, a plurality of lead terminals 15 being installed in the main electrode layer 14, and a molding member 16 being disposed so that the plurality of lead terminals may be externally protruded from the molding member 16, and the metal member 11, the metal oxide film 12, the seed electrode layer 13, and the main electrode layer 14 may be sealed.

  • Publication number: 20070267419
Abstract: The invention relates to a cryoapparatus for freezing and/or thawing a sample (1), especially in the cryopreservation of a biological sample (1), with a coolable cooling space (3) and with a sample container (10) arranged in the cooling space (3) for temporarily receiving the sample (1) when freezing or thawing the sample (1). It is suggested that the sample container (10) can be tempered separately from the cooling space. Furthermore, the invention comprises an associated operating method.

  • Publication number: 20070169488
Abstract: The invention relates to a cooling device (1) for cooling an item to be cooled, especially for use in the examination, handling and processing of cryogenic samples. The device includes a cooling compartment (3) for receiving the item to be cooled, an inner wall defining the cooling compartment (3), an outer wall, a space between the outer wall and the inner wall, and a coolant feed line (11) for feeding a coolant. According to the invention, the coolant feed line (11) leads into the space between the inner wall and the outer wall and feeds the coolant into the space, the inner wall being permeable for the coolant.

  • Publication number: 20060156753
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and method for handling a probe, in particular, for treating, examining, inserting or extracting a cryoprobe. According to the invention, said probe is surrounded by an ambient gas, during handling, and an air-conditioning device (33) cools, dries and/or at least partially replaces the ambient gas by a protective gas, in order to prevent deterioration of the probe by the ambient gas during handling.
