An adapter plate has a rotatable shaft which, when the mirror actuator is assembled, is seated on the cover rail and rotatable around a first axis of rotation. A pivot clip, when assembled to the cover, is rotatable around a second axis of rotation, surrounds the rotatable shaft, and affixes the adapter plate on the cover rail.

When the upper cap (300) is separated from the container (1), the stopper (130) and the storage tube (200) is uncoupled only by upward movement rather than rotation of the storage tube (200) so that the additive is discharged through a lower portion of the storage tube (200) and discharge holes.

When the upper cap is separated, the blade protector functions as a blade protector to protect a user from the blade, and when the blade is working, the blade protector pushes down on the bottom of the opening plate, which enables the blade to easily cut the cut groove.

First and second steps are formed on an upper end of the lower cap and stepped downward from an upper end of the adjunct receiving chamber. A push member, having a push pipe body is received in the adjunct receiving chamber of the lower cap, with a plurality of guide protrusions formed on the exterior of the push pipe body, so that the rib protrusions of the lower cap are guided by the guide protrusions to guide the upward and downward movement of the push member. External push threading is provided around a circumferential outer surface of the push member.

The openable sheet includes a weight member, which has a diameter less than a diameter of an arc part of the openable sheet to be cut. A connection rib is connected between the weight member and a lower edge of an adjunct receiving part of the base cap member.
