    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided that facilitate sidelink (SL) retransmission scheduled by the network if a SL transmission of a transport block (TB) is unsuccessful. Signalling is used by the network to send a configured grant of transmission resources available for SL transmissions by the UE that repeat on a periodic basis within each of period. The UE makes SL transmissions during one of the periods by transmitting one or more SL transmissions of at least one transport block using the configured resources. The network can schedule a retransmission by transmitting a downlink control information (DCI) to schedule a SL retransmission of one of the transmitted TB. The UE transmits a SL transmission containing a retransmission of the transport block using resources specified in the DCI. The UE transmits a sidelink control information associated with each SL transmission, containing a HARQ process ID for the SL transmission.

The perovskite crystal grains form a plurality of convex portions, and the organic insulating layer forms a plurality of concave portions between the convex portions. By adding an excess of an alkylammonium salt and/or an organic molecule with a specific functional group to perovskite precursor solution, a concave-convex film layer structure is spontaneously formed, and an upper charge transport layer and an electrode form pleated concave-convex structures.

The aminated Nanodiamond has high yield and good monodispersity.

    Abstract: System and methods are disclosed in which pilots are used to assist in identifying grant-free uplink transmissions originating from the same UE. In one embodiment, a base station receives a grant-free uplink transmission that carries initial data from a user equipment and an initial pilot. The initial pilot is successfully decoded and the initial data is unsuccessfully decoded. The successfully decoded initial pilot and the unsuccessfully decoded initial data are stored in memory. Another grant-free uplink transmission carrying retransmission data from the user equipment and a retransmission pilot is then received. The retransmission pilot is successfully decoded and used to identify the successfully decoded initial pilot in the memory and the unsuccessfully decoded initial data. The retransmission data and the unsuccessfully decoded initial data are used to successfully decode the initial data.
