    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided in which a UE transmits sidelink (SL) control information comprising a scheduling assignment (SA) indicating an SL transmission resource for a SL data transmission to a target UE. The SL transmission resource is based on one or more occupied SL resources identified by the UE and the SL transmission resource includes resources for an initial transmission and one or more retransmissions. The UE then transmits the SL data transmission using the SL transmission resource according to the transmitted SL control information. This is done without receiving, in a downlink control information (DCI), a grant of communication resources.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for early termination of feedback in respect of sidelink transmissions are provided. A first UE transmits at least one sidelink (SL) transmission of a first set of SL transmissions to a second UE, the first set of SL transmissions comprising an initial SL transmission and a set number of SL retransmissions. If no ACK is received, then the first UE transmits the set number of retransmissions. On the other hand, if an ACK is received, then the first UE transmits fewer than the set number of SL retransmissions when an ACK is received from the second UE before the set number of SL retransmissions has been completed. By transmitting fewer than all of the set number of SL retransmissions, resources can be freed up for other purposes. The approach may be used for SL configured grant transmission.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for optimizing values of a set of tunable parameters of an autonomous driving vehicle (ADV). The controllers can be a linear quadratic regular, a “bicycle model,” a model-reference adaptive controller (MRAC) that reduces actuation latency in control subsystems such as steering, braking, and throttle, or other controller (“controllers”). An optimizer selects a set tunable parameters for the controllers. A task distribution system pairs each set of parameters with each of a plurality of simulated driving scenarios, and dispatches a task to the simulator to perform the simulation with the set of parameters. Each simulation is scored. A weighted score is generated from the simulation. The optimizer uses the weighted score as a target objective for a next iteration of the optimizer, for a fixed number of iterations. A physical real-world ADV is navigated using the optimized set of parameters for the controllers in the ADV.

A micro-interface unit for dispersing and crushing gas into gas bubbles is disposed inside the wet oxidation reactor. The micro-interface unit includes a pneumatic micro-interface generator, a gas inlet is disposed at a side wall of the wet oxidation reactor, and the gas inlet extends to an interior of the pneumatic micro-interface generator through a pipeline. By arranging the micro-interface unit inside the wet oxidation reactor of the treatment system, the consumption of air or oxygen can be reduced, which realizes low energy consumption and high treatment efficiency.

In embodiments, discriminative scores for the candidate symptom sets are determined and candidate symptoms with top discriminative scores are selected. In embodiments, these selected candidate symptoms may be checked for conflicts with observed symptoms and removed from further consideration if a conflict exists. In embodiments, one or more questions may be generated based on the remaining selected candidate systems to aid in collecting information about the patient. In embodiments, the process may be repeated with the updated observed symptoms.
