Abstract: A pre-applied waterproof construction method contains steps of: A. paving a plurality of lining fabric materials and connecting the lining fabric materials on a number of predetermined base structures; B. spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material to form a seamless waterproof coating material; C. applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating after spraying the waterproof coating to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials, such that a gap is not formed between the concrete and the waterproof coating materials to obtain a waterproof effect.
