Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is a kind of pre-applied waterproof construction methods to obtain a waterproof effect on different construction sites.

2. Description of the Prior Art

When a digging process is started from a base structure of the high buildings including multi-layered basements, a slurry wall should be constructed in advanced. This way can avoid sands, soils, and stones falling from the base structure and can prevent groundwater flowing into a base structure to endanger adjacent buildings or roads. In addition, in order to avoid the groundwater from the slurry wall permeating into the basements and to prevent soils, stones and sands beneath adjacent buildings being pulled outward to cause land subside, a conventional waterproof construction method is applied and includes steps of: paving flat wood plates on curved soil layers, retaining piles, or slurry walls and connecting the wood plates together by using a pneumatic nailing; paving waterproof sheets (such as PVC, HDPE, EVA, self-adhesive asphalt films) on the wood plates and connecting the waterproof sheets by using the pneumatic nailing tool. Thereafter, the PU or rubberized asphalts are used as sealing glues to fill joints or nail holes, and then bind steel bars, assemble formworks, and place concretes in order.

However, such a conventional construction method still has the following defects:

1. The wall surfaces have to be flatted by using wood plates.

2. Unlike coatings, sheet membranes are difficult to be fully adhered to irregular and curved surfaces, such as internal and external angles, protrusions of steel bars, piles, and pipes, etc.

3. The sealing glues are selected from PU and rubberized asphalts which can not completely be adhered to the waterproof sheets, thus generating gaps.

4. The wood plates are deformed by pressure as the concretes are placed, and when the steel piles are pulled, the wood plates and the waterproof membranes are broken easily.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be illustrated much clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

With reference to FIG. 1, a pre-applied waterproof construction method according to the present invention comprises steps of:

A. Paving a plurality of lining fabric materials (such as polyester fabrics, non-woven fabrics or canvas) and connecting the lining fabric materials on a number of predetermined base structures (such as soil layers, retaining piles, or slurry walls);

B. Spraying waterproof coating materials (such as polyurea, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts, or mixed resins made of polyurea resin, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts) on a surface of each lining fabric material to form a seamless waterproof coating material;

C. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating materials after spraying the waterproof coating materials to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials.

As shown in FIGS. 2-5, when above-mentioned steps of the pre-applied waterproof construction method is used in a dry construction site, a plurality of lining fabric materials 10 are paved on a number of base structures 20, and an adhesive agent or a pneumatic nailing tool is used to connect the lining fabric materials 10 and the base structures 20 together, thereafter waterproof coating, such as polyurea resins at a certain quantity are heated and pressured by a spraying device to generate waterproof coating materials 30 to be sprayed on a surface of each lining fabric material 10 to form a seamless waterproof coating material 10, and then a layer of adhesion promoter 40 is applied on a surface of the waterproof coating materials 30 to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials 30. Finally, steel bar binding, formwork assembling, and concrete placing are processed in order.

Referring to FIG. 6, the pre-applied waterproof construction method used in a wet construction site comprises steps of the present invention:

A. Spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material;

B. Paving a plurality of lining fabric materials with the waterproof coating materials on a number of base structures;

C. Applying the waterproof coating materials onto the joints between the lining fabric materials to generate a seamless state;

D. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating materials to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials. Finally, steel bar binding, formwork assembling, and concrete placing are processed in order.

As illustrated in FIGS. 7-10, when above-mentioned steps of the pre-applied waterproof construction method is used in a wet construction site, wherein polyurea resins are served as waterproof coating materials, and a plurality of lining fabric materials 10 are paved on a work platform, and then the polyurea resins at a certain quantity are heated and pressured to generate a number of waterproof coating materials 30 to be sprayed on a surface of each lining fabric material 10, and the lining fabric materials 1 sprayed with the waterproof coating 30 are connected with a plurality of base structures 20 by using an adhesive agent or a pneumatic nailing tool, and manually applying polyurea as a sealing glue to fill joints or nail holes, thus generating a seamless waterproof film, and then a layer of adhesion promoter 40 is applied on a surface of the waterproof coating materials 30. Finally, steel bar binding, formwork assembling, and concrete placing are processed in order.
