Abstract: The present invention discloses a transformer, mounted on a circuit board, including a winding set having a bobbin, a primary winding and a secondary winding, wherein the primary and the secondary windings are wound on the bobbin, and the primary winding has at least a first output terminal; a magnetic core set including a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core, wherein the winding set is sandwiched in between the first and the second magnetic cores; and an insulation base including an accommodation space and at least a pin, wherein the winding set and the magnetic core set are accommodated in the accommodation space, and the first output terminal of the primary winding is connected with the pin for further electrically connecting to the circuit board.

Abstract: A conductive winding module is used in a magnetic element. The conductive winding module includes multiple conductive units and multiple output terminals. The conductive units have respective hollow portions. The output terminals are arranged on the conductive units. The conductive units are folded with respect to a connecting line between the conductive units such that the hollow portions are aligned with each other to define a through-hole and the multiple output terminals are staggered to form at least three output terminals to be inserted into a circuit board.

Abstract: The present invention provides a heat pipe structure of a heat radiator, which includes two vertically protruded radiating portions and heat-absorbing portions at a bottom of the two radiating portions. The heat-absorbing portions are assembled onto the heat-conducting pedestal. Two turning portions are formed at the intersection of the heat-absorbing portions and two radiating portions. The heat-absorbing portion has a curved shape. The heat-absorbing portions of adjacent heat pipes are misaligned, such that the turning portion of the heat-absorbing portion of one heat pipe aligns with the recessed space of the other heat pipe. A minimum of heat pipe assembly space obtains a maximum heating area, thus greatly improving the heat-radiating effect and reducing the manufacturing cost with better applicability and economic efficiency.

The circuit board has a trace pattern of a primary winding coil and a first through-hole. The first segment has a first pin and a first hollow portion. The second segment has a first end coupled with the first segment, and a second end formed as a second pin and a second hollow portion. The second segment is folded toward the first segment with respect to a folding line such that the first hollow portion and the second hollow portion are aligned with each other to define a second through-hole. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the first through-hole of the circuit board and the second through-hole of the conductive winding structure.

Abstract: An electrical insulation tape, film backing thereof, and method of manufacturing the film backing. The film backing comprises about 20 to 80 parts by weight of polyethylene, about 80 to 20 parts by weight of EPDM rubber, about 0 to 30 parts by weight of fillers, 0 to 50 parts by weight of flame retardant, and about 0 to 20 parts by weight of processing aids. The film backing has physical properties similar to PVC film backings, and thus can replace the PVC film backing used in the electrical insulation tape.

Abstract: A heat-dissipating mechanism for a motor includes a rotor and a stator base. The rotor rotates with respect to the stator base and includes a casing and a hub. The casing has a side portion and a bottom portion, and at least one opening is disposed at the bottom portion. The hub is disposed on the casing, for preventing an external particle from entering the rotor. The hub includes a plurality of separation ribs and when the hub is disposed on the casing, a heat-dissipating passage is formed between every two adjacent separation ribs and the side portion of the casing.

Abstract: This specification discloses a design method for an improved online game bonus channel. Independent entrances separate the bonus channel mode from the ordinary mode.
