An electron generator is disposed on a lateral side of the cavity layer. The at least two assembling pieces are joined to form the back frame. The back frame and backlight system of flat panel display device of the present invention make the structure of a back frame mold simple, reduce the cost of back frame mold, save the material used for the back frame, and lower down the cost of flat panel display device. Further, the bracing piece of the back frame is applicable to various mounting heights of mounting holes, can be manufactured together in a unified manner, reduces the cost of mold, and improves manufacturing efficiency.

    Abstract: A backlight assembly and an LCD using the same are provided. The backlight assembly comprises: a light source, a conductive copper layer, a dielectric layer, a metallic printed circuit board and a heat sink. The dielectric layer is attached to one side surface of the metallic printed circuit board. The conductive copper layer is mounted on the dielectric layer. The light source and the heat sink are respectively connected to the conductive copper layer. The light source utilizes the conductive copper layer to conduct electricity and to conduct the heat to the heat sink. The backlight assembly has the heat sink connecting to the light source through the conductive copper layer to shorten the heat dissipating path of the light source and to enhance the heat-dissipating efficiency of the light source. Moreover, for the narrow frame, the heat sink is directly welded to the bent metallic printed circuit board.

The locating block is of a groove-shaped structure comprising a first wall and a second wall. In the assembly process, the locating block is arranged on the top of the sidewall of the heat dissipating plate, on which the light source lamp is provided. The first wall joints the glue frame, and the second wall abuts against the light guide plate. The backlight module according to the present disclosure is able to narrow the frame of the liquid crystal display without leading to other problems.
