The control unit controls a gate low voltage level outputted from a gate driving unit of the display device to be a predetermined voltage level according to the control signal, and thus turns on an active switch of the display device, thereby speeding up a discharging of a liquid crystal capacitor and a storage capacitor of the display device, and eliminating a shutdown blur phenomenon.
