    Abstract: A display device includes a display module and an anti-glare film on the display module. The anti-glare film includes a first anti-glare layer and a second anti-glare layer. The first anti-glare layer has a plurality of microstructures at an upper surface of the first anti-glare layer. A root-mean-square slope of the microstructures is more than 0 and is 0.2 or less. The second anti-glare layer is between the first anti-glare layer and the display module, and an inner haze of the second anti-glare layer is from 20% to 90%.

    Abstract: High resolution 3D thermal imaging can be obtained by using enhanced non-destructive heat transducer designs. A thermal property measurement method includes providing a sample for thermal property measurement, and bonding a transducer layer on the sample through a temporary bonding layer. Thermal measurement processes are performed along the X-Y, X-Z and Y-Z planes of the sample, wherein the X-Y plane is parallel to a top surface of the sample, and the X-Z plane and Y-Z plane are perpendicular to the top surface of the sample. Each thermal measurement processes include heating a designated region of the sample covered with the transducer layer using a pump laser, and using a probe laser for generating a reflectance signal of the sample, and determining a thermal conductivity in the designated region of the sample from the reflectance signal. Furthermore, the transducer layer is removed along with the temporary bonding layer from the sample.

A mixture is applied to the photoresist layer to develop the photoresist layer, wherein the step of applying the mixture to the photoresist layer increases a crosslinking density of the photoresist layer and increases a dissolution contrast of the photoresist layer during developing the photoresist layer by increasing a hydrophilicity of the exposed region. The target layer is etched using the photoresist layer as an etch mask.
