The rotating component is connected to the fixed member rotatably. The reflector and the director are disposed to the rotating component. The antenna unit is disposed to the first body and between the reflector and the director. When the first body and the second body rotate relative to each other, the reflector is located between the antenna unit and one of the first surface and the second surface, and the director is located between the antenna unit and another one of the first surface and the second surface.

In the step of forming a concatenated video, at least one video clip in the initial image is selected according to the catch moment, and the at least one video clip is assembled to form the concatenated video. In the step of image filtering, a filter condition is set, the filter condition includes detecting a movement variable of the preset object in the initial image, and when the filter condition meets a threshold, a catch moment in the initial image is selected. In the step of forming a concatenated video, at least one video clip in the initial image is selected according to the catch moment, and the video clip is assembled to form the concatenated video. The present disclosure also provides an electronic device and a terminal device.

When the keyboard is located at a first position, the keyboard module covers the second touch panel, and the detecting module transmits a first signal to the processing unit so that the first touch panel is turned on. When the keyboard is located at a second position, the keyboard exposes the second touch panel, and the detecting module transmits a second signal to the processing unit so that the first touch panel is turned off. A touch panel controlling method of the portable electronic device is further provided.
