    Abstract: The present application belongs to the field of biotechnology, and particularly relates to preparation and use of soluble Tim-3 recombinant protein and a mutant protein thereof. The soluble Tim-3 recombinant protein is used to prepare a drug with the function of regulating monocytes or a drug with the function of enhancing tumor immune response, and the amino acid sequence of the soluble Tim-3 recombinant protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. In addition, the present application further provides the mutant proteins of the sTim-3 recombinant protein and preparation and use of the mutant protein. An example system for adapting an emotional text-to-speech model comprises a processor and memory. The memory stores instructions that cause the processor to receive training examples comprising speech input and receive labelling data comprising emotion information associated with the speech input. The instructions also cause the processor to extract audio signal vectors from the training examples and generate an emotion-adapted voice font model based on the audio signal vectors and the labelling data.

    Abstract: A method for extracting significant texture features of a B-ultrasonic image and application thereof discloses a channel attention mechanism network, i.e. a context activation residual network, which is designed to effectively model the B-ultrasonic liver fibrosis texture information, and which uses the global context information to strengthen important texture features and suppress useless texture features, such that the deep residual network can capture more significant texture information in the B-ultrasonic images. The process can be mainly divided into two phases: training and testing. During the training phase, the context activation residual network may he trained by using the B-ultrasonic image blocks as input and the pathological results of liver biopsy as labels. During the testing phase, the B-ultrasonic image blocks may be input into the trained non-invasive liver fibrosis diagnosis model to obtain the liver fibrosis staging result for each ultrasonic image.

    Abstract: A pupil replication waveguide for a projector display includes a slab of transparent material for propagating display light in the slab via total internal reflection. A diffraction grating is supported by the slab. The diffraction grating includes a plurality of tapered slanted fringes in a substrate for out-coupling the display light from the slab by diffraction into a blazed diffraction order. A greater portion of the display light is out-coupled into the blazed diffraction order, and a smaller portion of the display light is out-coupled into a non-blazed diffraction order. The tapered fringes result in the duty cycle of the diffraction grating varying along the thickness direction of the diffraction grating, to facilitate suppressing the portion of the display light out-coupled into the non-blazed diffraction order.
