Abstract: A microspring includes a film stack having a base disposed on a build plane and a spring member extending from the base. The film stack includes a compressive layer, a substantially stress-free layer, and a tensile layer. The film stack is formed of one or more materials that become superconducting below 140 K. A stress gradient in the film stack causes the spring member to curl away from the build plane of the base.

Abstract: A boost converter has a main energy storage inductor and a main GaN boost switch with a node between them. A pre-charging switch is connected at the output side of the main boost switch and the inductor, between the node and an output capacitor. The pre-charging switch comprises a body diode in the forward direction from the output capacitor to the node. The output capacitor is charged by the pre-charging switch in a pre-charge phase and this provides a soft start-up to avoid large inrush currents. A third switch, which is also a GaN switch, is in series with the pre-charging switch to provide synchronous output rectification. The third switch has a body diode in a forward direction from the node to the output capacitor. In the pre-charge phase, both the boost switch and third switch are turned off whereas in a subsequent boost phase, the pre-charging switch is turned constantly on, and alternately the boost switch and the third switch are turned on and off to implement the boost conversion.

Abstract: A package including a first carrier, a seed layer, wires, a die and a molding material is provided. The first carrier is removed to expose the seed layer after disposing a second carrier on the molding material, then the seed layer is removed to expose the wires, and a gold layer is deposited on each of the wires by immersion gold plating, finally a semiconductor device is obtained. The gold layer is provided to protect the wires from oxidation and improve solder joint reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a buffering fishway suitable for emergent flood discharge with reduction in damage and a buffering method thereof. The buffering fishway includes a fishway body, wherein a migration passage is arranged inside the fishway body, one end of which is rotationally connected with a fixing base, and the other end of which is rotationally connected with a counterweighting floating dock, and a plurality of buffering plates capable of swinging are hinged inside the migration passage, furthermore, the present disclosure also provides a buffering method corresponding to it. The present disclosure effectively reduces the potential energy of the flood and weakens the impact force on the fish. Therefore, the gate dam having this design effectively avoids the fish in the fishway from being fiercely impacted by the flood and easily resulting in damage during discharging flood, having a high protective effect on the fish.

Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate, first color sub-pixels, data lines, and first power signal lines located on the base substrate. Each first color sub-pixel includes an organic light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting layer and a second electrode. The data lines are located between the second electrode and the base substrate. The first power signal lines are disposed in the same layer as the data lines. The display substrate further includes a first pad block disposed in the same layer as the data lines; the second electrode of each first color sub-pixel is overlapped with the data line, the first power signal line and the first pad block; and the first power signal line and the first pad block are located at both sides of the data line.

Abstract: An electrostatic discharge circuit includes a discharge switch, a first trigger circuit and a second trigger circuit. A first terminal of the discharge switch is coupled to a first power domain, and a second terminal of the discharge switch is coupled to a second power domain. The first trigger circuit is coupled between the first terminal and a control terminal of the discharge switch. The second trigger circuit is coupled between the second terminal and the control terminal. When an electrostatic discharge voltage occurs in the first power domain, the second trigger circuit is configured to form a conduction voltage between the second terminal and the control terminal to turn on the discharge switch. When the electrostatic discharge voltage occurs in the second power domain, the second trigger circuit is configured to short the second terminal and the control terminal to turn on the discharge switch.

The system searches a plurality of conversations to identify a subset of conversations that match the filtering criterion.
