Abstract: A method for optimizing routes includes: receiving a route optimization request that includes a network address reallocation indication, wherein the route optimization request is sent by a User Equipment (UE) when a first Packet Data Network (PDN) connection exists between the UE and an old gateway; and triggering establishment of a second PDN connection between the UE and a new gateway according to the network address reallocation indication. Computer program products and computer-readable storage media corresponding to the method for optimizing routes, an MME, a system for optimizing routes, and a UE are also disclosed herein. Through the embodiments of the present invention, an after-route-optimization PDN connection is established in the process of route optimization, and two PDN connections can be established for one access point at the same time.

Abstract: A method for establishing data connections on a mobile network, a mobile network, and a policy control entity are disclosed. The method includes: establishing a data channel between a user equipment (UE) and a gateway (GW), and allocating an Internet Protocol (IP) address to the UE according to an address allocation request or a data channel setup request sent from the UE; and triggering the policy control entity to establish or update a policy control session according to the IP address. By using the mobile network and the policy control entity under the present invention, after the data channel is established between the UE and the GW, the GW may trigger the policy control entity to establish or update a policy control session.

Abstract: A Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) management method includes: acquiring information about a policy control session corresponding to a data connection, where the information about the policy control session includes information about policy control session release or result information about policy control session setup, and managing a mapping relation between the data connection and a PCRF according to the information about the policy control session corresponding to the data connection.

Abstract: A method for heterogeneous addressing mapping is provided according to the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: assigning, by an Interworking Function entity (IWF), a first identification or a first address to a Diameter protocol node; mapping a received Diameter protocol message sent from the Diameter protocol node into a Mobile Application Part (MAP) protocol message, and sending the mapped MAP protocol message to an MAP protocol node using the first address assigned by the IWF as a source address or using the first identification assigned by the IWF as a source identification. The present invention also provides a system and an apparatus for heterogeneous addressing mapping. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when the Diameter node is communicating with the MAP node via the Interworking Function entity, the method for mapping the node identification for each other as well as the addressing relationship corresponding to each identification are provided.

Abstract: A policy decision function (PDF) addressing method includes: receiving a PDF allocation request that contains a user equipment identifier (UE ID) from a second network element (NE); obtaining ID information of a PDF associated with the UE ID according to pre-registered addressing information of the PDF, where the addressing information of the PDF is an association between the UE ID and the ID information of the PDF, and the PDF associated with the UE ID is accessed by a first NE; and sending the obtained ID information of the PDF to the second NE.

In addition, the present invention further provides a frame structure of a tilt vehicle wherein the anti-tilt apparatus and an independent suspended wheel set with a tiltable frame are combined together for maintaining certain comfort, good tracking capability and driving safety while the vehicle is moving and swerving.
