In one embodiment, the method includes: receiving a content distribution request form a client; obtaining all receiving ends designated by the content distribution request, and marking at least a portion of the receiving ends with a first status code; judging whether all the at least a portion of the receiving ends complete the distribution task, if not, controlling an internal distribution process until all the at least a portion of the receiving ends complete the distribution task.

Abstract: The disclosed invention relates generally to a method and device for transferring a file. In accordance with one embodiment, the method may include, receiving a file transfer request including information of a file and the file receiver; separating the file into multiple file segments; pushing the multiple file segments to the file receiver; if receiving a retransfer request sent by the file receiver, pushing the file segment assigned by the retransfer request to the file receiver; if receiving an acknowledgement sent by the file receiver, ending the file transferring, the acknowledgement indicating all of the multiple file segments being received by the file receiver. The method and device provided in the disclosed embodiments can transfer file more reliable.

Abstract: A method comprising: executing an operation on a file; obtaining a mail editing task list; determining at least one mail editing task; and sending an attachment adding instruction to a mail editing apparatus that generates the mail editing task to instruct the mail editing apparatus to add the file as an attachment of a mail corresponding to the mail editing task. Through the embodiments of the present invention, when a user executes an operation on a file, a current mail editing task list can be automatically obtained, and the file is used as an attachment of a mail corresponding to at least one determined mail editing task.

Abstract: A telephone call processing arrangement establishes a path between a called switching center and call feature server in response to receipt of an incoming call to a subscriber. A predetermined message is transmitted from the call feature server, and the incoming call is disconnected with out extending a call leg to the subscriber. Such provision may be employed for a mobile or landline subscriber.

Abstract: A Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) management method includes: acquiring information about a policy control session corresponding to a data connection, where the information about the policy control session includes information about policy control session release or result information about policy control session setup, and managing a mapping relation between the data connection and a PCRF according to the information about the policy control session corresponding to the data connection.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a location monitoring method and apparatus. The method includes: creating a tracking area (TA) list for user equipment (UE) according to a monitoring precision indication and sending the TA list to the UE; and obtaining location information of the UE when the UE executes a location update according to the TA List and reporting the location information to a monitoring center. With the present disclosure, the monitoring location precision of a monitoring target may be set so that more accurate location information of the monitoring target can be obtained and that the needs of various monitoring tasks can be satisfied.

Abstract: A two-dimensional (2D) magneto-optical trap (MOT) for alkali neutral atoms establishes a zero magnetic field along the longitudinal symmetry axis. Two of three pairs of trapping laser beams do not follow the symmetry axes of the quadruple magnetic field and are aligned with a large non-zero degree angles to the longitudinal axis. In a dark-line 2D MOT configuration, there are two orthogonal repumping beams. In each repumping beam, an opaque line is imaged to the longitudinal axis, and the overlap of these two line images creates a dark line volume in the longitudinal axis where there is no repumping light. The zero magnetic field along the longitudinal axis allows the cold atoms maintain a long ground-state coherence time without switching off the MOT magnetic field, which makes it possible to operate the MOT at a high repetition rate and a high duty cycle.

Abstract: Receiving a connection establishment request message sent by a user equipment; establishing a signaling connection with the user equipment according to the connection establishment request message; and transmitting a user plane IP data packet through the signaling connection. After a signaling connection is established between a UE in an idle state and a mobility management device, an uplink user plane IP data packet or a downlink user plane IP data packet, is directly transmitted between the UE and the network side through the signaling connection, with no need to specifically establish (recover) an RAB between the UE and an S-GW, which can save the signaling overhead, thus reducing the network load and lowering the operating cost of an operator.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a facile method of preparing 1,4-bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene, comprising the steps of: (A) providing a reactant liquid of 1,4-bis(difluoromethyl)benzene; optionally (B) providing a light source for UV radiation; and (C) introducing chlorine gas into the reactant liquid at a temperature of 50-90° C. under a pressure above 1 atm to obtain 1,4-Bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene. The invented facile method can be utilized in a batch process or a continuous process for effective production of 1,4-bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene.

Abstract: The present invention disclosed a preparation method of parylene AF4, which provides a reactant and a reducing agent with the use of catalyst or exposure to UV light with photo-initiator, to shorten the reaction time as a result of minimized the byproduct(s) formation, and obtain high purity (>99.0%) of parylene AF4 product under high concentrated reaction mixture.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to communications technologies and disclose a tunnel management method, a tunnel management apparatus, and a communications system so that a node that causes failure of a tunnel management request can be determined According to the present invention, a response returned by a tunnel management node to an initiating node includes not only a cause value of tunnel management request failure but also information of the node that causes failure of the tunnel management request, so that the initiating node can find the node that causes failure of the tunnel management request and determine the error checking direction. The present invention is applicable to network devices in a communications network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for handling node failure. The method for handling node failure includes: sending, by an intermediate node, a context processing request message to a remote node when detecting that a first node occurs a failure, where the context processing request message is used to instruct the remote node to delete context information associated with the first node and the intermediate node; and deleting the context information associated with the first node and the intermediate node, by the remote node, according to the request message.

Abstract: A method for allocating paging areas includes: determining a basic paging area currently visited by a User Equipment (UE); and allocating a paging area to this UE according to a history record of motion trace of UEs located in the basic paging area currently visited by this UE. An apparatus for allocating paging areas is disclosed.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for voice approval, where the method includes: receiving voice approval request information sent by an enterprise application server; establishing a voice communication connection with the terminal according to the contact information of the approver terminal; sending approval content audio information corresponding to the voice approval request information to the approver terminal; receiving feedback information, and obtaining approval result information according to the feedback information; and sending the approval result information to the enterprise application server. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a device and system for voice approval. In the embodiments of the present invention, the enterprise application server and the enterprise gateway are combined and improved to enable an approver to approve, in voice mode, an approval request raised by an applicant, thereby increasing the approval efficiency.

When a user misses answering a conference-related call, by dialing a switchboard number, the user may directly accesses a conference, thereby improving the efficiency of accessing the conference.

The method for traffic flows to share resources includes obtaining information of at least two traffic flows and resources requested by the at least two traffic flows, where the at least two traffic flows correspond to different Internet Protocols connections. The at least two traffic flows share the resources. The information of the at least two traffic flows is bound on an established data channel. Resources for the data channel are allocated according to the resources requested by the at least two traffic flows. The at least two traffic flows are beared on the data channel.

Abstract: Apparatus for immunoassay includes: a cartridge, including at least one test unit; a pin-film assembly, having a second sealing film, a plurality of pierce mechanisms, and a first actuation unit; a plurality of magnetic particles; at least one first magnetic unit; and at least one second magnetic unit. The test unit includes a plurality of fluid chambers, a plurality of pin chambers, a microchannel structure, a buffer chamber, a detection chamber and a waste chamber. The first actuation unit drives the pierce mechanisms to enable a working fluid to flow into the detection chamber storing the magnetic particles. As the second magnetic unit has a magnetic force larger than that of the first magnetic unit and can move reciprocatingly between a third position and a fourth position, the magnetic particles are driven to move reciprocatingly inside the detection chamber, thereby fully mixing the magnetic particles with the working fluid.

Abstract: Improved production of entangled photon pairs (biphotons) via spontaneous parametric down conversion (SPDC) is provided. In one aspect, forward-wave SPDC is performed in a monolithic resonator (resonant for both signal and idler) having a double pass pump geometry to provide a spectrally bright source of biphotons. In another aspect, backward-wave SPDC is performed in a resonator (resonant for both signal and idler) to provide a spectrally bright source of biphotons. For either of these approaches, the biphotons can be made to have polarization entanglement by using quasi phasematching (QPM) with two QPM periods simultaneously.

Abstract: In response to a location assistance request initiated by a mobile device on a private network and directed to a data access port of a location server in a public mobile communication network, a source network address is extracted from the received request. If the extracted source network address is determined to be associated with a trusted private network domain, location assistance data obtained by the location server is provided to the mobile device on the private network without requiring any proprietary messaging schemes or application-specific authentication credentials.
