    Abstract: A folding joint for frames and worktables composed of a control portion and a joint portion is provided. The control portion includes a base provided with a moveable slot and a shaft inserted through the moveable slot. Two ends of the shaft are connected with a moveable seat and a hook correspondingly. The hook is for control of a lock cylinder of the joint portion. The lock cylinder is mounted in an outer tube, inserted through an upper rotary arm, and mounted in a lower rotary arm to be locked. The upper and lower rotary arms are pivotally joined. Thus the hook is driven to make the lock cylinder release from the lower rotary arm and unlock when the moveable seat of the control portion is pulled and moved. Thereby the joint portion is moved freely and folded. The folding joint is convenient to operate and easy to control.

    Abstract: A food processor is revealed. A food processing unit is disposed between two support units of a machine body and connected to the support units by a lifting unit. The food processing unit is dropped down into the machine body while the food processor is not in use. Thus a volume of the food processor is significantly reduced and both packing and transportation costs are further saved efficiently. The lifting unit is provided with a guiding slot formed on the support unit while the food processing unit includes a guiding block inserted through the guiding slot correspondingly. The lifting unit further includes an operation bar locked and connected with the guiding block. Thereby the food processing unit is moved and positioned vertically by such simple and easy design and the production cost of the food processor is further reduced.

When the operative portion of the button is pressed, the tooth of the positioning block disengages from the at least one toothed section of the second pivotal portion.

    Abstract: An improved steamer for heating food includes a base with a heating unit and a controlling switch, a plurality of pot units, a plurality of racks, and a lid. The pot units seat on top of the base, and the racks are placed on a bottom of each pot unit. Several steam ducts are arranged on ends of the pot units, and an opening is defined in the steam ducts. A cover is put on the opening. The lid is placed onto the upper pot unit. When the steamer with food is heated, the steam from the heating unit is introduced into the pot units from the openings of the steam ducts to heat the food. Each pot unit is isolated, and the steam introduced will not mix, and odors from the pot units will not interfere with other pot units.

Water in the water tank can be guided via one of the two ends of the heating tube into the heating tube, heated by the heating tube, and then guided back into the water tank via the other end of the heating tube, thereby circulating and heating the water in the water tank.

A compartment is defined between the upper cover and the seat. The upper cover includes a plurality of insertion holes aligned with terminals on the seat. The upper cover further includes a notch aligned with an abutment peg on the heating pan. A shield is pivotably mounted in the compartment and includes a guiding portion aligned with the abutment peg. The shield is biased to a position covering the insertion holes. When the heating pan is mounted to the base, the abutment peg presses against the guiding portion and pivots the shield to another position not covering the insertion holes, and conductive ends of a heating element on the heating pan is in electrical contact with the terminals.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a power shutdown apparatus for preventing overheating of a hot beverage machine, comprising a tubular section protruding upward from a bottom of a water tank of the beverage machine and penetrating in top-down manner, a floating pipe inside the tubular section, a magnet within the floating pipe, a limiter attached to an upper opening of the tubular section without covering the tubular section to allow water to be poured in; a sensor at the bottom portion of the tank and adjacent to a sinking portion of the floating pipe; and wherein the floating pipe inside the tubular section sinks correspondingly with a lower water level of the water in the tank to drive the magnet inside the floating pipe to activate the sensor on one side thereof such that power of the heating device of the tank is shut down to prevent overheating of the machine.
