The electricity consumption of those appliances is correlated to water consumption. The legitimate water consumption of the water-consuming unit during the predefined time period is then determined based on the usages of the electric appliances.

The substrate includes a pixel region and a periphery region. A light sensing region has been formed in the substrate. The light sensing region is located in the pixel region. A dielectric layer is formed on the substrate. An interconnection structure and a light-blocking metal layer have been formed in the dielectric layer. The light-blocking metal layer is located over the interconnection structure, and the light-blocking metal layer has an opening exposing the light sensing region. A portion of the dielectric layer exposed by the opening is removed by using the light-blocking metal layer as a mask to form the light pipe in the dielectric layer.

The power integration panel is electrically connected to the primary power supply and the secondary power supply, and inspects output status of the primary power supply and the secondary power supply in regular conditions to determine to boot up or shut down the secondary power supply.

A cover is put on the opening. The lid is placed onto the upper pot unit. When the steamer with food is heated, the steam from the heating unit is introduced into the pot units from the openings of the steam ducts to heat the food. Each pot unit is isolated, and the steam introduced will not mix, and odors from the pot units will not interfere with other pot units.
