    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating, for each or multiple partial bands, a set of possible channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configurations. The UE may further receive downlink control information (DCI) from a base station, which may indicate a set of downlink resource associated with a first partial band. The UE may select a first CSI-RS configuration from the set of possible CSI-RS configurations for the first partial band based on the DCI, and when the base station transmits CSI-RS, the UE may obtain CSI-RS measurements over the first partial band during the set of downlink resources using the selected first CSI-RS configuration.

    Abstract: The described techniques relate to improved methods, systems, devices, or apparatuses that support channel state information feedback for semi-open-loop and open-loop schemes. The described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to determine an open-loop, semi-open-loop, or closed-loop transmission scheme for deriving channel quality information (CQI). In the case of determined open-loop transmission scheme, the UE may select a transmission scheme corresponding to a time offset value and a precoder cycling granularity value. The UE may determine one or more of a time offset value, a precoder cycling granularity value, and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) for a channel state information (CSI) report, and generate CQI accordingly. Additionally, the UE may include the determined values in the CSI report to indicate the transmission scheme used for the CQI derivation. Based on the CQI, the base station can then determine the transmission scheme and perform link adaption accordingly.

Because the metal nanowire layer is in direct contact with the wiring layer, the conducting capability is enhanced, and a reduced contacting area is needed, so that the wiring layer can be relatively narrow.

    Abstract: Channel state information (CSI) operations are disclosed with regard to elevation beamforming (EB)/full dimension (FD) multiple input, multiple output (ED/FD-MIMO) operations. With CSI processing associated with multiple CSI-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources, ambiguities may arise in determining the CSI reporting type and rank. CSI reporting type may be determined using a last reported beam selection indicator (BI) or, in the absence of a BI, may be determined according to a predefined rule. When rank and BI are reported separately and rank is absent, user equipment may determine a default reference rank for CSI reporting based on either or both of previously reported rank or BI. When rank and BI are jointly reported, encoding schemes with fixed bitwidths determined based on either CSI-RS processes or resources may be used to enhance decoding. CSI-RS antenna ports, processes, or resources may also be used in determining application of CSI processing relaxation.

The SOCsum of the flow battery system is acquired according to the SOCs corresponding to different pair of monitoring positions, respectively.     Abstract: Various aspects are described for an enhanced power headroom report (PHR) for feeding back beamformed sounding reference signal (SRS) power scaling. Beamformed SRS along directions where a user equipment (UE) can best nullify interference/maximize downlink (DL) signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) would be very helpful for DL beamforming. SRS beamforming requires additional support, if rank related decisions are being made at eNB. For example, power normalization factors need to be sent or reported on the uplink (UL) to eNB. This disclosure provides examples of how the PHR on the uplink can be used to do such reporting. There are two types of PHR being proposed, one nominal for the UL-oriented SRS, like LTE-style PHR, and one for the DL-oriented SRS where the UE also reports or indicates the power normalization factors of each SRS port.

    Abstract: A control method of a power converter including a first stage converter and a second stage converter is provided. The first stage converter converts an input voltage into an intermediate voltage. The second stage converter converts the intermediate voltage into an output voltage to power a load. If a loading amount of the load is larger than a first threshold value, the intermediate voltage is adjusted to increase a voltage difference between the intermediate voltage and the output voltage, so that a change of the intermediate voltage is in a negative correlation with a change of the loading amount. If the loading amount is smaller than a second threshold value, the intermediate voltage remains be unchanged or the intermediate voltage is adjusted, so that the change of the intermediate voltage is in positive correlation with the change of the loading amount.
