A field searchable data store is provided that comprises a plurality of event records, each event record comprising a time-stamped portion of raw machine data. Responsive to the receipt of an incoming search query, the search engine accesses an inverted index, wherein each entry in the inverted index comprises at least one field name, a corresponding at least one field value and a reference value associated with each field name and value pair that identifies a location in the data store where an associated event record is stored. Once the inverted index is accessed, it can be used to identify and search a subset of the plurality of event records, wherein the subset comprises one or more event records with corresponding reference values in the inverted index.

  • Publication number: 20200002759
Abstract: Provided are methods for characterizing nucleotide accessibility and nucleic acid structure at single nucleotide resolution, using a combination of low-yield bisulfite conversion and next-generation sequencing (NGS). Cytosine (C) nucleotides that are in base-paired states or bound to proteins, etc. are less accessible to chemical reactions and thus exhibit lower bisulfite conversion yields. Analysis of NGS results of a low-yield bisulfite conversion product can thus inform nucleotide accessibility and nucleic acid structure. Compared to other methods for chemical probing of nucleic acid structure, the present methods provide higher information throughput, because each NGS read simultaneously reports on the base pair status of multiple nucleotides.

  • Publication number: 20200004842
Abstract: Systems and methods for improving a search process by providing a visual guided search experience is provided. A networked system determines a location of a user device. A user interface (UI) is presented illustrating a map at a first level view of an area based on the location. The networked system receives, via the UI, a first touch input indicating a zoom selection. In response, the UI shows a second level view of the area that includes a plurality of nodes each representing a point of interest in the area. The second level view is a lower level view than the first level view. The networked system then receives, via the UI, a second touch input selecting a node of the plurality of node. In response to the selecting of the node, navigation information for a selected point of interest corresponding to the selected node is presented.

  • Publication number: 20200007302
Abstract: Various aspects are described for schemes that address the potential puncturing of important reference signals (RSs) for enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) applications, such as demodulation reference signal (DMRS), channel state information reference signal (CSIRS), tracking reference signal, and general reference signal. The schemes can be used for recovery of eMBB's RS puncturing from dynamic multiplexing of ultra-reliable-low-latency communications (URLLC) and eMBB. The schemes include a block-based scheme and an over-provisioning scheme. The schemes modify an existing RS pattern before puncturing occurs in response to a presence of the URLLC traffic. In addition, there can be an option not to use (e.g., disable) time-domain orthogonal cover code (TD-OCC) for the RSs.

  • Publication number: 20190388140
Abstract: The present application relates to a monopolar electrode and a bipolar electrode that are used for electrosurgical instruments. The monopolar electrode and the bipolar electrode each include a conductive non-stick coating which is made by doping graphene and/or metal particles in a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) base material. The present application also relates to a preparation method of a composite material forming the conductive non-stick coating. Since PTFE itself can prevent adhesion, the conductivity of PTFE can be improved by doping various conductive materials. After the composite material coating formed thereby covers a metal electrode, it is ensured that the working region and work energy of an electrotome are not reduced, the electrical conductivity of the electrode can be guaranteed, not only the blood coagulation effect of the electrotome is not affected but also the adhesion of the electrode on a tissue can be reduced. Furthermore, the structure is simple, and manufacturing is easy.
