    Abstract: The present invention provides a composite membrane suitable for liquid-liquid filtration/reverse osmosis. The invention also provides a copolymer useful in the composite membrane, the copolymer comprising an anchoring repeating unit and a foulant-repelling repeating unit, as well as methods for preparing the composite membrane and copolymers. In a preferred embodiment, a copolymer (P [SBMA-co-HEMA]) is synthesized via the free radical copolymerization of a zwitterionic monomer of sulfobetaine methacrylate (SBMA) and an anchoring monomer of hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate (HEMA).

Thickness of the second region is less than thickness of the first region, and the tab portion is at least partially disposed in the second region. The electrode plate further includes an active substance layer applied on a surface of the conductive layer facing away from the insulating layer. The tab portion is not coated with the active substance layer.

Techniques described herein may enable transmission power control (TPC) for user equipments (UEs) supporting reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs). For example, a first UE may receive a control message indicating multiple parameter sets associated with calculating a transmission power for a transmission. Each parameter set may be associated with a communication link, a presence of one or more RISs, and whether the one or more RISs are assisting the first UE or a second UE. The UE may transmit signaling in accordance with a calculated transmission power based on selecting a first parameter set from the multiple parameter sets, where the first parameter set is selected based on a communication link associated with the transmission, a presence of one or more RISs during the transmission, and whether the one or more RISs are assisting the first UE or the second UE.

The method also includes generating, using a text-to-speech (TTS) model, an output audio feature representation of the input text by processing the input text sequence and the speaker embedding.     Abstract: Disclosed are a method and system for testing high-voltage ride-through of a photovoltaic inverter. The method for testing high-voltage ride-through of a photovoltaic inverter includes: connecting a board-to-board (BTB) circuit to a passive circuit in series, and connecting circuit breakers to the passive circuit to form an inverter test device; connecting one end of the inverter test device to an alternating current power supply, and connecting the other end of the inverter test device to a tested apparatus; and performing testing by adjusting a parameter of the passive circuit and a switching mode of the circuit breakers by means of the BTB circuit. According to the present disclosure, an influence of the device for testing high-voltage ride-through of a photovoltaic inverter on power supply voltage is eliminated, a requirement on supply of reactive power of the power supply is eliminated, applicability is better, and cost is lower.

    Abstract: A reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) may include multiple sub-RIS, and the base station may configure the RIS and the multiple sub-RIS with RIS sync raster including multiple center frequencies. The RIS may be configured to simultaneously apply different water-markings and reflect the incident beam into different beams in different directions. The base station may perform a beam-sweeping by transmitting synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) on multiple SSB beams, and the RIS may receive one SSB beam of the multiple SSB beams and reflect the SSB beams on the RIS sync raster. A UE may be configured to monitor the base sync raster and the RIS sync raster for a suitable SSB beam, and transmit a feedback report to the base station indicating the suitable beam. The base station may configure the RIS based on the feedback report received from the base station for beam management.
