Abstract: A communications method of a wearable device, a communications system, and a related device are disclosed, which are applied to a communications technology field. In the communications method of a wearable device, if a second BLUETOOTH connection between user equipment and the wearable device is disconnected, a first BLUETOOTH connection between a network connection device and the wearable device is established, so that the network connection device may send, to the wearable device through the first BLUETOOTH connection, first information sent by the user equipment through a third communication connection to the network connection device. In this way, indirect communication between the user equipment and the wearable device is implemented by using the network connection device, so that the user equipment and the wearable device are not limited by a communication range.

  • Patent number: 10366918
Abstract: After forming source/drain contact openings to expose portions of source/drain regions composed of an n-doped III-V compound semiconductor material, surfaces of the exposed portions of the source/drain regions are cleaned to remove native oxides and doped with plasma-generated n-type dopant radicals. Semiconductor caps are formed in-situ on the cleaned surfaces of the source/drain regions, and subsequently converted into metal semiconductor alloy regions. Source/drain contacts are then formed on the metal semiconductor alloy regions and within the source/drain contact openings.

  • Patent number: 10361697
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for reducing intermodulation distortion (IMD) in switches using parallel distorter circuits. A switch circuit can include having a switch arm and a distorter arm that is configured to act as a compensation circuit to compensate for non-linearities in the switch arm. The switch circuit can include a plurality of FETs in the switch arm configured to provide switching functionality. The distorter arm is configured to compensate for a non-linearity effect generated by the FETs of the switch arm when it is in an ON state. The distorter arm is configured to compensate for the non-linearity effect generated by the switch arm independent of the frequency of the signal received by the switch arm. Various configurations of switch arms and distorter arms can be implemented to reduce harmonic distortion as well as intermodulation distortion.

  • Publication number: 20190222684
Abstract: An interaction method in a call and a device, where the method includes displaying a voice assistant icon on a call screen of the wearable device when a phone number of a communication peer device is a service number converting received voice information into a dual tone multi frequency (DTMF) tone when the voice assistant icon is activated, and sending the DTMF tone to the communication peer device. Therefore, in a process of making or answering a service call using the wearable device, under a specific trigger condition, voice information of a user is converted into a DTMF tone to be sent to the communication peer device. In this way, when the user needs to enter a digit or a symbol in a call process, it can be ensured that the user enters correct information, and user experience is improved.

  • Publication number: 20190199344
Abstract: In semiconductor switches, the isolation can be limited by the capacitive coupling between the switch input and the switch output. Ultra-high isolation can be achieved by adding a coupled transmission line to the semiconductor switch. The coupled transmission line introduces inductive coupling, which cancels at least a part of the capacitive coupling between the switch input and the switch output.

  • Publication number: 20190190461
Abstract: A linearization circuit reduces intermodulation distortion in an amplifier that includes a first stage and a second stage. The linearization circuit receives a first signal that includes a first frequency and a second frequency and generates a difference signal having a frequency approximately equal to the difference of the first frequency and the second frequency, generates an envelope signal based at least in part on a power level of the first signal, and adjusts a magnitude of the difference signal based on the envelope signal. When the amplifier receives the first signal at an input terminal, the first stage receives the adjusted signal, and the second stage does not receive the adjusted signal, intermodulation between the adjusted signal and the first signal cancels at least a portion of the intermodulation between the first frequency and the second frequency from the output of the amplifier.
