In this hierarchical architecture, the lowest level includes routers or servers, called level-0; the upper level is composed by groups of routers or servers, called level-1; for the highest level, a number of level-(l?1) groups establish level-1 group. A new deadlock-free adaptive routing algorithm is proposed for the CLHR network. On the one hand, the proposed minus-first routing (MFR) algorithm or plus-first routing algorithm, that implements deadlock-free partially-adaptive routing without any virtual channel, can guarantee the number of communication hops between two nodes is no more than five. On the other hand, this invention presents the fully adaptive routing algorithm that uses MFR algorithm as the baseline routing using a new flow control scheme. The CLHR network and the new routing algorithm effectively improve the performance, save energy, improve the ability for separation, and resist disturbance.

The cellular-connected network device may also communicate with a datacenter via a communication tunnel. The network device may include a usage profile reference. The network device, before transmitting data received from the IoT devices, may transmit the usage profile reference to the datacenter for authentication purposes. The datacenter may use the usage profile reference to resolve a usage profile that the usage profile reference references. Using the usage profile, the datacenter may negotiate with the cellular-connected network device to restrict the types of data that is transmitted between the datacenter and the cellular-connected network device.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an atomizer that comprises a transparent, elongated e-liquid cartridge enclosed in a transparent, elongated outer cylinder that creates a well-defined smoke-flowing interlayer or pathway that leads from an atomization tube mounted on the distal end of the outer cylinder to a cigarette holder disposed at its proximal end. The atomization tube contains a heating coil in a porcelain cup in contact with an e-liquid rope or wick extruding from an e-liquid guiding head that seals the e-liquid cartridge at its distal end. Mounted on the atomization tube are two conductive members that connect with the heating coil and with an appropriate battery assembly containing an air-flow sensor that provides an electric charge when a smoker inhales. A smoker's inhalation also creates negative pressure within the interlayer pathway and the cartridge causing e-liquid to permeate the wick for vaporization. The resulting vapor or smoke travels to the cigarette holder and smoker via the interlayer.
