    Abstract: A working voltage switching system for a liquid crystal panel and a switching method thereof are presented. A timing controller of the panel acquires a liquid crystal enable signal to generate a clock signal, and a clock generator acquires the clock signal to control a liquid crystal control element of the liquid crystal panel, and acquires a basic signal supplied by a voltage supplier and a first signal provided by the voltage supplier and transferred by a switch, so as to adjust a signal difference of the clock signal. When a counter judges that the liquid crystal panel is enabled and a count condition is reached, a switch acts to transfer a second signal provided by the voltage supplier, and the clock signal is adjusted to satisfy a signal difference between the basic signal and the second signal.

When the i-th gate control signal is enabled, the pixel elements corresponding to the first scan line of the i-th scan unit are scanned.

The gate driving circuit includes a plurality of shift register stages. Each shift register stage includes a pull-up unit, an energy-store unit, a buffer unit, a discharging unit, a pull-down unit, a control unit and a signal switching unit. The pull-up unit pulls up a gate signal according to a driving control voltage and a first clock. The energy-store unit provides the driving control voltage through performing a charging process based on an input signal received by the buffer unit. The pull-down unit pulls down the gate signal according to a control signal. The control unit generates the control signal based on the input signal and a second clock having a phase opposite to the first clock. The signal switching unit switches the control signal according to the first clock.

    Abstract: The pixel structure and the repairing method of the TFT array substrate are provided. The pixel has a semiconductor electrode which is partially overlapped with a floating metal located in the first conductive layer. Both the data line and the drain electrode have protruded regions partially overlapped with the semiconductor electrode and the floating metal. Once the pixel is found to be a white defect, a laser beam is used to irradiate the protruded region of the data line to electrically connect the data line and the floating metal and so as to form a diode structure having the rectified effect. Consequently, after the laser repair, the pixel defect will display as the non-flicked white point and black point in the white-picture inspection and the black-picture inspection respectively.

The overlapping area between the gate pattern that has an opening and the drain can be kept so that the gate-drain capacitor (Cgd) is not changed.
