    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for capturing facial expressions are provided, in which different facial expressions of a user are captured through a face recognition technique. In the method, a plurality of sequentially captured images containing human faces is received. Regional features of the human faces in the images are respectively captured to generate a target feature vector. The target feature vector is compared with a plurality of previously stored feature vectors to generate a parameter value. When the parameter value is higher than a threshold, one of the images is selected as a target image. Moreover, a facial expression recognition and classification procedures can be further performed. For example, the target image is recognized to obtain a facial expression state, and the image is classified according to the facial expression state.

    Abstract: An inkjet head manufacturing method includes the following steps. Firstly, a multilayered structure with a plurality of microstructure layers is provided. The alignment check holes of the microstructure layers are concentric and have different diameters. Then, the microstructure layers are stacked together and the microstructure layers are aligned with each other according to the concentric and different-diameter alignment check holes, wherein a dry film layer is sandwiched between every two adjacent microstructure layers. The preset slots of the microstructure layers are collectively defined as inlet flow channels, ink chambers, pressure cavities and outlet flow channels. Then, the multilayered structure is assembled and positioned through the dry film layers by a thermal compression process. Then, a cutting knife is used to linearly cut the actuator plate over a spacer between every two adjacent pressure cavities and along a path parallel with rims of the pressure cavities.

    Abstract: An automatic powder recycling apparatus includes a housing, a plurality of isolation elements, an air-blowing device, a powder filtering member, a recycling member and an air-inhaling device. A sealed space is defined within the housing. The air-blowing device is disposed within the sealed space for removing the powder attached on the surface of the finished product. The air-inhaling device is in communication with the first receptacle for allowing the first receptacle to be in a negative pressure state. When the powder on the finished product is removed by the air-blowing device and directed to the powder filtering member by the air-inhaling device, the powder is filtered and blocked by the powder filtering member. When the air-inhaling device is disabled, the powder blocked by the powder filtering member naturally falls down to the recycling member.

When a liquid level of a liquid inside the print cartridge is lower than the preliminary altitude and below an lower limit of the predetermined liquid supplementing altitude, the working software controls the internal pressure-adjusting device to suck partial gas from the print cartridge into the liquid supply tank to increase a negative pressure inside the print cartridge, and the liquid stored in the liquid supply tank is introduced into the print cartridge to balance the negative pressure inside the print cartridge.
