Abstract: Apparatus and method for winding for winding enamel wires into a motor stator which provides for precisely positioning motor stators to be wound, so that the scraping of the outer coating of enamel wires by the wire slots of motor stators can be avoided during winding operation of motor stators. Furthermore, the improved multi-phase synchronous winding apparatus for motor stators is capable of immediately detecting the damage of the outer coating of the enamel wires during winding operation of motor stators so as to avoid the waste of enamel wires and working times. The improved multi-phase synchronous winding apparatus for motor stators also prevents the enamel wires from disengaging by the use of a tension control device during winding operations of motor stators.
