    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a time synchronization method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: An access network device obtains first round-trip time information between the access network device and a terminal device, second round-trip time information between the access network device and a benchmark device, and third round-trip time information between the benchmark device and the terminal device; determines a delay from the access network device to the terminal device based on the obtained t round-trip time information; and sends the delay or an offset between the access network device and the terminal device to the terminal device, where the delay or the offset is used for time synchronization of the terminal device. In this solution, the access network device may accurately determine the offset or the delay, and the terminal device performs time synchronization based on the offset or the delay.

The preset condition includes: the slitting parameter is able to be used for cutting the electrode plate to be cut and a length of each electrode plate roll obtained after cutting is within a preset range. This decreases the probability of obtaining an electrode plate roll with an inappropriate length at the end of the cutting, reducing the waste in the electrode plate.
