Channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration information is coded to obtain one or more CSI-RS configuration codes. The CSI-RS configuration codes are sent to a terminal device. The terminal device determines, based on CSI-RS configuration codes, CSI-RS configuration information such as a quantity of antenna ports for transmitting a CSI-RS, a CSI-RS pattern, a CSI-RS period and an offset corresponding to the CSI-RS period.

The coupon and a communication can be provided to the content provider at the opportunity. The communication can encourage the content provider to perform the action related to the content item. An instruction to execute the action can be acquired from the content provider. The content item can be provided to users of the online system.

Abstract: The present invention provides a signal measurement method and apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a measurement configuration message sent by a base station, where the measurement configuration message is used to indicate a reference signal type; performing, by the UE according to the reference signal type indicated by the measurement configuration message, signal quality measurement on a cell to obtain a measurement result; and sending, by the UE, the measurement result to the base station. The method provided in embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that normal communication of UE cannot be ensured because RSRP and/or RSRQ of neighboring cells cannot be measured based on an existing reference signal when the neighboring cells use different carrier types.

Abstract: A system and method of subframe configuration in licensed-assisted access using long-term evolution (LAA-LTE) with carrier aggregation (CA). A wireless device such as an eNodeB (eNB) may transmit control information in a subframe from a secondary cell (SCell) in downlink control information (DCI) to a user equipment (UE). The SCell may operate in an unlicensed band. The control information may indicate at least one of a non-ending subframe in a data burst, an ending subframe, and a duration of the ending subframe. The duration may be one of a predefined number of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol durations, and the ending subframe may be a partial or full subframe. A partial ending subframe may use a time slot structure in a time division duplexing (TDD) scheme, e.g., downlink pilot time slots (DwPTS). The eNB may then transmit to the UE data in the subframe according to the control information.

A policy library is deployed on a gateway control device in a centralized manner, and packet identification and policy execution are deployed on each gateway forwarding device. The solution includes: receiving, by a gateway control device, packet characteristic information that is of a first packet and that is sent by a gateway forwarding device, where the packet characteristic information is obtained after the gateway forwarding device performs packet inspection on the first packet; searching, by the gateway control device according to the packet characteristic information of the first packet, a prestored policy library for a first processing policy corresponding to the packet characteristic information; and sending, by the gateway control device, the first processing policy to the gateway forwarding device, so that the gateway forwarding device executes a packet processing action in the first processing policy.
