Abstract: A vehicle lighting control method includes that a roadside communications device sends a first message to a vehicle. The first message prompts the vehicle to illuminate a first target, and the first target is near a travel path that the vehicle is to pass through. Before passing the first target, the vehicle adjusts the vehicle into a first lighting mode in advance based on the first message to illuminate the first target.

Abstract: A vehicle abnormality monitoring method includes starting, by a vehicle, a monitoring device to record a first video when detecting an abnormal event; determining a roadside device in an area where the vehicle is located; and sending, to the roadside device, a monitoring request requesting the roadside device to record a second video of the abnormal event, where the first video and the second video are configured to trace the abnormal event.

Abstract: A modulation and coding scheme (MCS) notifying method is provided. The method includes: learning, by a terminal, a first channel quality indicator (CQI) index according to a first CQI table, and sending the first CQI index to a base station; receiving, by the base station, the first CQI index sent by the terminal device, determining a first MCS index according to the first CQI table, a first MCS table, and the received first CQI index, and sending the determined first MCS index to the terminal device; and receiving, by the terminal, the first MCS index sent by the base station, and determining a modulation order and a code block size according to the first MCS table and the received first MCS index, where the first CQI table includes an entry in which a modulation scheme is higher than 64QAM.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a method and system for identifying an application identifier (APP ID), and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a packet flow description function network element, a query request that carries a signature parameter of a service data flow; determining an APP ID corresponding to a PFD that matches the signature parameter of the service data flow, as an APP ID corresponding to the service data flow; and sending a query response that carries the APP ID corresponding to the service data flow. Abstract: Embodiments provide a method, a device, and system to implement session management on a UPF network element. The method includes: determining, by a network device, that a first logical interface group on a first UPF network element needs to be migrated; determining, by the network device, a second UPF network element for the first logical interface group; sending, by the network device to the second UPF network element, configuration information of the first logical interface group and information about a first IP address segment corresponding to the first logical interface group, to restore the configuration information of the first logical interface group and the information about the first IP address segment on the second UPF network element; and sending, by the network device, a first message used to restore, on the second UPF network element, information about one or more sessions corresponding to the first logical interface group.

Abstract: A service management method and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by user equipment, a communication address of a gateway user plane, and establishing a communication link to the gateway user plane by using the communication address; sending a session connection create request message to the gateway user plane by using the communication link; receiving, by using the communication link, a session connection create response message sent by the gateway user plane; and when the authentication result is that the authentication succeeds, performing service management based on service policy information that is sent by the gateway user plane by using the communication link. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a participation level of the user equipment can be increased, and a service management capability of the user equipment can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a signal measurement method and apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a measurement configuration message sent by a base station, where the measurement configuration message is used to indicate a reference signal type; performing, by the UE according to the reference signal type indicated by the measurement configuration message, signal quality measurement on a cell to obtain a measurement result; and sending, by the UE, the measurement result to the base station. The method provided in embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that normal communication of UE cannot be ensured because RSRP and/or RSRQ of neighboring cells cannot be measured based on an existing reference signal when the neighboring cells use different carrier types.
