Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an offloading method and a related device in a roaming scenario, to prevent traffic of a subscribed service of a roaming subscriber from looping back to a home location, thereby reducing inter-network traffic consumption. The method in this embodiment of this application includes: receiving, by a visited core network control plane V-CP, a first message from a home core network control plane H-CP, where the first message includes a local breakout LBO policy based on a subscribed service, and the subscribed service is a service on which local breakout needs to be performed and that is of a user; and sending, by the V-CP, the LBO policy to a visited core network user plane V-UP, so that the LBO policy is installed on the V-UP to implement local breakout processing for the subscribed service.

Abstract: A system and method of subframe configuration in licensed-assisted access using long-term evolution (LAA-LTE) with carrier aggregation (CA). A wireless device such as an eNodeB (eNB) may transmit control information in a subframe from a secondary cell (SCell) in downlink control information (DCI) to a user equipment (UE). The SCell may operate in an unlicensed band. The control information may indicate at least one of a non-ending subframe in a data burst, an ending subframe, and a duration of the ending subframe. The duration may be one of a predefined number of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol durations, and the ending subframe may be a partial or full subframe. A partial ending subframe may use a time slot structure in a time division duplexing (TDD) scheme, e.g., downlink pilot time slots (DwPTS). The eNB may then transmit to the UE data in the subframe according to the control information.

Abstract: A road detection method and apparatus. A specific embodiment of the method includes: acquiring an image of a predetermined region; semantically segmenting the image to acquire a first probability that a region corresponding to each pixel in the image is a road region; acquiring a historical position information set of a target terminal; correcting, in response to historical position information existing in the historical position information set, the historical position information indicating a historical position located in the predetermined region, the first probability according to the historical position information to obtain a second probability; and determining a region corresponding to a pixel having the second probability greater than a preset threshold as a road region. Such an embodiment improves the road detection accuracy.

Abstract: Method and device for notifying reference signal configuration information are disclosed. Channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration information is coded, to obtain one or more CSI-RS configuration codes. The CSI-RS configuration codes are sent to a terminal device. The terminal device determines, based on CSI-RS configuration codes, CSI-RS configuration information such as a quantity of antenna ports for transmitting a CSI-RS, a CSI-RS pattern, a CSI-RS period and an offset corresponding to the CSI-RS period.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an area of interest boundary extracting method and apparatus, a device and a computer storage medium, wherein the area of interest boundary extracting method comprises: obtaining a satellite image and a road network base map including an area of interest; merging the obtained satellite image and road network base map to obtain merged data; using a binarizing model to perform binarization for the merged data to obtain a binarized image, wherein the binarizing model is obtained by training according to training data in advance; extracting a boundary of the binarized image as the boundary of the area of interest.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to implementing policy control. In one example communication system, a core network exposes a service policy to an application server, and the application server authorizes user equipment with the service policy. Before accessing a service provided by the application server, the user equipment pushes, to the core network, the service policy that needs to be used to access the application server. A core network device performs policy control such as charging, QoS, routing, gating control, or redirection on a service flow or a data packet between the user equipment and the application server according to the service policy pushed by the user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for detecting a signal on an unlicensed spectrum channel, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment, instruction information sent by a base station; and starting, by the user equipment according to the instruction information, to detect a signal on an unlicensed spectrum channel. According to the present invention, only when receiving the instruction information sent by the base station, the user equipment detects the signal on the unlicensed spectrum channel according to the instruction information. This reduces power consumption of the user equipment.

Abstract: A service management method and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by user equipment, a communication address of a gateway user plane, and establishing a communication link to the gateway user plane by using the communication address; sending a session connection create request message to the gateway user plane by using the communication link; receiving, by using the communication link, a session connection create response message sent by the gateway user plane; and when the authentication result is that the authentication succeeds, performing service management based on service policy information that is sent by the gateway user plane by using the communication link. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a participation level of the user equipment can be increased, and a service management capability of the user equipment can be improved.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a lawful interception method, apparatus, and system for performing lawful interception on local offloaded service data of user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a centralized gateway device, an interception instruction sent by a lawful interception gateway device, where the interception instruction carries an identifier of to-be-intercepted user equipment; sending, by the centralized gateway device to a remote gateway device, an offloading disabling instruction, where the offloading disabling instruction instructs the remote gateway device to disable a local offloading function of the user equipment; and receiving, by the centralized gateway device, service data of the user equipment sent by the remote gateway device, and reporting the service data to a lawful interception center.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide a method for transmission by using scheduling signaling, and an apparatus, which can avoid a problem of insufficient processes, increase a quantity of processes that can be supported by scheduling signaling, and increase HARQ processes or transport blocks in a HARQ process that can be used in single-subframe scheduling or multi-subframe scheduling, without increasing scheduling signaling overheads. The method specifically includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, scheduling signaling sent by a base station, where the scheduling signaling includes a HARQ process number field; acquiring a subframe number of a subframe scheduled by using the scheduling signaling; determining a transport block according to the HARQ process number field and the subframe number; and processing data in the transport block. The method of building a text classification model comprises: obtaining a training sample; obtaining a vector matrix corresponding to the text, after performing word segmentation for the text based on an entity dictionary; using the vector matrix corresponding to the text and a class of the text to train a first classification model and a second classification model respectively; during the training process, using a loss function of the first classification model and a loss function of the second classification model to obtain a loss function of the text classification model, and using the loss function of the text classification model to adjust parameters for the first classification model and the second classification model, to obtain the text classification model formed by the first classification model and the second classification model.

Abstract: A reference signal sequence configuration method includes: selecting, by a network device and from candidate IDs, an ID used for generating a reference signal initialization sequence for a terminal, where the candidate IDs include at least two IDs, and the selected ID does not include a scrambling ID; and generating a reference signal initialization sequence for the terminal according to the selected ID. An implementation manner of the present invention further provides a network device. In the reference signal sequence configuration method and the network device, a reference signal initialization sequence is generated according to the selected ID, thereby providing a manner of generating a reference signal initialization sequence different from the manner in the prior art.
