The plasma-induced dissociator is provided to dissociate a working gas and exhaust the dissociated working gas from its working gas outlet. Both ends of the connecting duct are connected to the working gas outlet of the plasma-induced dissociator and a gas inlet of the high temperature furnace, respectively. The working gas dissociated in the plasma-induced dissociator is introduced into the high temperature furnace via the connecting duct.

During the preparation, an alkoxide solution of a prepared active component and a silica gel support are mixed, then a rotary evaporation treatment is performed on the mixture to remove a low-carbon alcohol to obtain a catalyst precursor, and then the obtained catalyst precursor is subjected to calcination and silylation treatments to obtain the propylene epoxidation catalyst. The catalyst is prepared in a simple process, can be applied to the chemical process of preparing propylene oxide by propylene epoxidation, has high average selectivity to propylene oxide, and has industrial application prospect.

The method can include establishing an equilibrium equation of force and a bending moment by considering contributions of concrete, the steel tubes, the upper steel flange, the IUPSs, and reinforcement in the composite beam.
