Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a mobile phone or portion thereof with graphical user interface, showing a first embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines illustrate a mobile phone or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a mobile phone or portion thereof with graphical user interface, substantially as shown and described.
