    Abstract: A single phase motor includes a rotor including magnetic poles and a stator comprising a stator core and a winding wound on the stator core. The stator core includes a plurality of stator teeth each including a tooth body and a tooth end formed at an end of the tooth body, the tooth end comprising first and second arcuate regions facing the rotor. When the winding is not energized, a first magnetic coupling between said first arcuate region and a selected magnetic pole of said rotor is greater than a second magnetic coupling between said second arcuate region and the selected magnetic pole, said first arcuate region being offset from a selected tooth body in such a way as to enable movement of said rotor to initiate in either of two opposite directions relative to said selected tooth body upon energizing the winding.

Downlink control information is categorized into common control information and dedicated control information. A physical broadcast channel is extended by dividing a common control channel domain into a plurality of narrowband sub-control channel domains by adding a position identifier. Before a connection is established, the common control information is sent, according to the position identifier, in each sub-control channel domain of the common control channel domain. After the connection is established, a sub-control channel domain with a channel state that complies with a set standard is selected, according to a channel state of each sub-control channel domain, for sending the dedicated control information.

This method ensures the crystal quality of the grown luminescent epitaxial structure and also raises the luminescent efficiency of a light-emitting diode.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a touch display panel, a detecting method thereof, and a display device. The common electrode layer is divided into a plurality of independent self capacitance electrodes, and the common electrode is multiplexed as self capacitance electrodes. There is no need to provide an additional film, and it is only required to modify the pattern of the common electrode layer in the current LCD panel. Thus, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. Since the self capacitance electrodes are formed by dividing the common electrode layer in the above-mentioned touch display panel, a compensating electrode is further provided which is arranged in a layer different from that of the self capacitance electrodes, is insulated from the self capacitance electrodes, and at least covers a portion of a partition gap between neighboring self capacitance electrodes.     Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a navigation application that uses a novel traffic notification scheme for providing traffic related notifications during a navigation presentation that is provided by a device. While providing a navigation presentation, the application iteratively monitors traffic conditions along the route. When traffic conditions meet a set of one or more threshold criteria, the application identifies a type of traffic notification that it should provide from several possible traffic notifications types. Next, without receiving any input from outside of the device, the application provides a traffic notification that is associated with the selected traffic notification type. In some embodiments, the traffic notification types include a notification (1) relating to traffic congestion along the current route, (2) relating to one or more faster routes that can replace the current route, and (3) regarding a road closure or extreme delay along the current route.

The CSI feedback method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), a reference signal broadcast by a base station; performing channel estimation on a radio channel between the base station and the UE by using the reference signal, to obtain CSI and a channel quality parameter; adjusting the channel quality parameter according to a channel quality weight parameter, to obtain a channel statistic quality parameter; and when the channel statistic quality parameter exceeds a channel quality threshold, feeding back the CSI to the base station. In the present invention, because a channel quality parameter is dynamically adjusted by using a channel quality weight parameter, and it is selected, according to a result of comparing an adjusted channel statistic quality parameter with a channel quality threshold, whether to report CSI. UEs in a system can be evenly scheduled.
