The systems may include an input manifold. The input manifold may fluidly couple the gas panel with the output manifold of the processing chamber. A delivery line may extend from the input manifold to the output manifold. The systems may include a first transmission line extending from a first set of precursor sources of the gas panel to the delivery line. The systems may include a second transmission line extending from a second set of precursor sources of the gas panel to the delivery line. The second transmission line may be switchably coupled between the delivery line and an exhaust of the semiconductor processing system.

Abstract: A catheter fixer is disclosed that comprises a base (1) and wing fixing portions (2). The base comprises an adhering surface and a fixing surface (11), and the adhering surface is configured to adhere the base to the skin. The wing fixing portions are configured to detachably fix wings on the fixing surface. The wings of the catheter are fixed to the base through the wing fixing portions, and an adhesive tape is disposed on a side of the base facing the skin, such that the adhesive tape is prevented from being adhered to the catheter, thereby avoiding leaving adhesive tape residue on the catheter.

Abstract: Transform-level partitioning of a prediction residual block is performed to improve compression efficiency of video data. During encoding, a prediction residual block is generated responsive to prediction-level partitioning performed against a video block, a transform block partition type to use is determined based on the prediction residual block, a non-recursive transform-level partitioning is performed against the prediction residual block according to the transform block partition type, and transform blocks generated as a result of the transform-level partitioning are encoded to a bitstream.

Abstract: A vehicle traffic flow prediction method with missing data is disclosed. The method includes the steps of inputting the topological structure of the traffic flow to be predicted, selecting a certain road section in the road network as the road section to be predicted, and determining the adjacent road section data set of the road section to be predicted by the spatial-temporal relationship between the observable data and the missing data. According to the nearest neighbor algorithm, the missing data in the data set of the adjacent road sections are filled to get the filled data set, and then the traffic flow data of the road sections to be predicted at the prediction time is obtained. The method can be used for efficiently predicting the vehicle traffic flow of a certain road section in the case of missing traffic flow data in the complex urban road network.

Abstract: An electrodeless side-mounted LED string light, a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided by the disclosure. The electrodeless side-mounted LED string light includes: a first wire and a second wire, a plurality of LED units and a plurality of encapsulants. Each LED unit includes a first surface-mounted LED and a second surface-mounted LED. Luminous surfaces of the first and second surface-mounted LEDs are opposite to each other. The luminous surfaces of the first and second surface-mounted LEDs are perpendicular to an axial direction of the first and second wires. The plurality of encapsulants respectively encapsulants the first and second surface-mounted LEDs therein. With the electrodeless side-mounted LED string light of the disclosure, the utilization rate of the lighting wire of the string light is improved, the utilization rates of raw materials and apparatus are improved, the product quality and manufacturing efficiency are improved.

Abstract: A method for network communication across application containers in a computer server system includes executing, by a computer system, a host operating system (OS). The host OS is an instance of an OS. The host OS includes multiple application containers operatively coupled to a memory. The method further includes executing, by the host OS, a virtual network interface for each of the application containers. The method further includes implementing, by the host OS, a remote direct memory access (RDMA) transparently for communications amongst the application containers by utilizing shared memory communications.

Abstract: A method of forming a film stack with reduced defects is provided and includes positioning a substrate on a substrate support within a processing chamber and sequentially depositing polysilicon layers and silicon oxide layers to produce the film stack on the substrate. The method also includes supplying a current of greater than 5 ampere (A) to a plasma profile modulator while generating a deposition plasma within the processing chamber, exposing the substrate to the deposition plasma while depositing the polysilicon layers and the silicon oxide layers, and maintaining the processing chamber at a pressure of greater than 2 Torr to about 100 Torr while depositing the polysilicon layers and the silicon oxide layers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a computer-implemented method for container scheduling in a container orchestration system (COS). According to the method, a new unit comprising one or more containers are detected. Available memory for each of a plurality of candidate nodes deployed in the COS is predicted based on page sharing information of each candidate node. The plurality of candidate nodes filtered to obtain a set of filtered nodes are, wherein the available memory of each of the set of filtered node meets a memory size limitation of the new unit. Priorities of the set of filtered nodes are ranked according to one or more priority functions. The new unit is deployed to one of the filtered nodes based on the priorities.

The processor(s) stores the various identifying aspects of the module file and the digest value in one or more memory objects, wherein the one or more memory objects comprise a module content map to correlate the unique identifier for the module file with the contents of the module, images in the module file with the unique identifier for the module file, and layers with the unique identifier for the module file.

Abstract: Proposed is a process and a plant for production of pure carbon monoxide and hydrogen by steam reforming of hydrocarbons, preferably methane or naphtha, to afford a raw synthesis gas and subsequent, multistage workup, purification and fractionation of the raw synthesis gas to afford the target products, wherein the material streams obtained as by-products of the process chain are also to be advantageously utilized. This is achieved according to the invention by providing the recirculating compressor provided for recycling of the by-product material streams with a plurality of parallel, independently operable compressor stages.

In an embodiment, an accommodation management system receives, from a client device, information describing a desired curriculum scope and a time period. The system optimizes a curriculum based on subjects mapped from the curriculum scope and the time period. The system maps the curriculum to destinations and determines a set of geographic regions including the destinations. The system determines a set of geographic regions including the destinations. For each geographic region, the system retrieves, from a listing database, listing available in the geographic region during a subset of the time period. The system ranks the retrieved listings for each geographic region based on the destinations and transmits, for display on a user interface at the client device, an accommodation recommendation including listings in one or more of the geographic regions.

Abstract: Routing containerized services requests on a serverless platform can include responding to receiving on the serverless platform a request for a containerized service and detecting a potential request failure. The response to the potential request failure can include searching a database that maps version-specific requests to a plurality of containers that are configured and managed by the serverless platform. The routing can include redirecting the request to a container containing a prior version of the containerized service requested in response to determining that the prior version of the containerized service maps to a version-specific request that matches the request received.

Abstract: A computer system modifies a compiled application to monitor performance. A request routing function of the compiled application is replaced with jump code that directs processing to a data collection function and backing up the request routing function. In response to receiving, during execution of the compiled application, an incoming request from a remote device for handling by the request routing function, the data collection function is executed based on the jump code. Using the data collection function, data associated with the incoming request is collected, the data comprising performance metrics. The backup of the request routing function is called using the data collection function to process the request and provide a response. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for modifying a compiled application to monitor performance in substantially the same manner described above.
