Abstract: The present invention provides a method of applying one or more value added services (VAS) on messages sent to a subscriber without affecting the subscriber's mobile communication. The method includes receiving an activation request from the subscriber for activating one or more VAS, at a signaling gateway (SG). The method further includes retrieving the subscriber's visited switching address and the subscriber's address from a home location information database associated with the subscriber. Further, the method includes storing the subscriber's address, the subscriber's visited switching address, the home location information database address and an indication for activating the one or more VAS in a database associated with the SG. The method further includes updating the home location information database so as to redirect the messages, sent to the subscriber's address, to the SG. Finally, the method includes applying a logic corresponding to the VAS by the SG on the redirected messages.

Abstract: A system and method for seamless data roaming across multiple operator bearers is provided. The system allows a client device to seamlessly select most preferred available operator bearer without losing a data session. It also allows the server to control dynamically both the operator preference list on the client and the data usage across multiple operator bearers.

Abstract: Integrated Cellular Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) systems (“ICV systems”) are described that redirect or reroute wireless network voice and data traffic to roaming subscribers via VoIP networks. The ICV system monitors roaming links of a first communication system. The first communication system may include a home network and a visited network. The ICV system detects a mobile device registering with the visited network. The ICV system receives location information corresponding to a location of the mobile device and selects a routing number corresponding to the location. The ICV system uses the selected routing number to transfer calls received at the home network to the mobile device via a second communication system.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for providing roaming services to one or more subscribers, correspondingly associated with the one or more HPMNs, while the one or more subscribers are registered with the VPMN. The method includes allocating a pool of GTs to a Gateway Location Register (GLR) that is associated with the VPMN, where the pool of Global Titles (GTs) corresponds to at least one of: one or more VLRs associated with the VPMN, one or more SGSNs associated with the VPMN, one or more HPMNs, and one or more HLRs associated with an HPMN from the one or more HPMNs. The method further includes facilitating mobile communication of the one or more subscribers in the VPMN using the allocated pool of GTs.

Abstract: A system for delivering a multimedia message from a message sender in a sender voice/video short messaging service system (VVSS) operator network to a message recipient in a recipient operator network. The system comprises a services hub suitable for routing the multimedia message, the services hub comprising one or more of a first interface with a sender in the sender VVSS operator network, a second interface with a second VVSS in the recipient operator network, a third interface with a third-party VVSS in a third-party VVSS operator network, wherein the third-party operator network is in communication with the recipient operator network, and a fourth interface with another services hub. Further, the services hub communicates with a sender VVSS and a recipient operator. The recipient operator may be a recipient VVSS operator or a non-VVSS recipient operator.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, a computer program product and a system for delivering at least one multimedia message from a sender to at least one recipient in a session-based multimedia messaging system. The session-based multimedia messaging system includes a reception logic receiving a send-request corresponding to the multimedia message from the sender. The send-request includes an identification of a session in which the multimedia message is to be stored. The session-based multimedia messaging system includes a session-based storage system for storing the multimedia messages in a session identified in a send-request received by a reception logic. Abstract: A system that integrates Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) wireless local area network (WLAN) services is provided. The system couples among components of a communications service provider and a provider of WiFi services to provide integrated cellular communications and wireless fidelity network services to users of mobile devices. The system monitors communications between the service provider and the mobile devices and automatically gathers identification information of the mobile devices. Upon authentication of the mobile devices via an exchange of information among the service provider infrastructures and the mobile devices, the system controls access of the mobile communication devices to WiFi services via the service provider infrastructure using the identification information.

Abstract: A method and system for roaming mobile communications between networks is described. One embodiment includes a plurality of messages from a home network subscriber device that is device is roaming outside the home network. A communications link is established with a destination network, including modifying at least one of the messages such that the message appears to the destination network to originate from a partner network of the destination network. Both voice and data are transmitted via the communications link.
