  • Publication number: 20080307848
Abstract: A bulging apparatus has a heating station, a tube expanding station, a preforming station, and a main forming station. A straight tube as a workpiece is gripped by first holding mechanisms or second holding mechanisms, and delivered between the stations as the first holding mechanisms or second holding mechanisms are displaced. During a preforming process and a main holding process, both the first holding mechanisms and second holding mechanisms can be lifted and lowered vertically and can be moved horizontally.

  • Publication number: 20070240479
Abstract: In a press working apparatus 10, while a servo motor 24 is acting, an upper die 38 is made to come close to a lower die 52 and press working of the first time is conducted on a steel plate 12. A slider 32 is raised to a movable punch preparation position. A movable punch 90 is protruded from a die face 38a of the upper die 38 by width H and locked by a mechanical lock 94. The upper die 38 is made to come close to the lower die 52 again and the steel plate 12 is pushed with the upper die 38 and at the same time an additional worked portion 12a is pushed and deformed with the movable punch 90 so as to conduct press working of the second time. After the movable punch 90 has been retracted, the slider 32 is raised.

  • Publication number: 20070024044
Abstract: A front cross member 202 of a rear subframe 53 has a recessed portion 221 which is recessed continuously over a longitudinal direction thereof. The recessed portion 221 is formed at a lower portion of the cross member 202 and is recessed upwardly, and an elastic bush 240 is fitted in a resulting recess. The elastic bush 240 has an elastic element 243 which connects together an inner tube 241 and an outer tube 242 which surrounds the inner tube 231 and is mounted on the rear subframe 53 at the recessed portion 221 as a bracket. The bracket 221 has bracket plate portions 263a, 263b which each have a plane which is brought into contact with an end face of the inner tube and folded-back portions 235, 235. The bracket 221 is disposed in such a manner as to hold therein both ends of the inner tube 241 and is configured such that the elastic bush 240 is mounted thereon by passing a bolt 224 through the inner tube 241.

  • Patent number: 6187855
Abstract: A rubbery adhesive composition wherein at least one adherend is a rubber composition including butadiene rubber as a rubber ingredient, characterized in that butadiene rubber is included as a rubber ingredient and 3˜20% by weight of the butadiene rubber is syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene. Thus, it is possible to enhance the strength of the rubbery adhesive composition itself to improve the adhesion property before and after vulcanization without damaging the adhesion property at the interface.

  • Patent number: 5850223
Abstract: In an interactive editing apparatus, a three-dimensional object to be edited is a set of polygonal surfaces which are arranged in a three-dimensional space and have the same number of sides. These polygonal surfaces are arranged on the three-dimensional space to display on a perspective view, the sides of the polygonal surfaces are linearly enveloped to express a polygonal three-dimensional object. When a user edits any one of vertex positions, data regarding the edited vertex and associated other vertex positions are updated. Further in the interactive editing apparatus, data regarding vertexes and faces of the object are managed using data cells, and shape data before the last editing are stored in the data cells together with present shape data, whereby an undo function is realized.

  • Patent number: 5712965
Abstract: A solid graphic arranging/editing method enables a user to enter or edit a solid graphic viewed on a display. According to the method, three points of a rectangular parallelepiped are specified, and the solid is arranged to be inscribed within the parallelepiped. A reference plane is then defined and a first point on the reference plane is specified. A local coordinate plane is also defined and a second point is specified on the local coordinate plane. A rectangle lying in the local coordinate plane and having the first and second points as diagonal vertices is then displayed. Auxiliary lines perpendicular to the local coordinate plane and passing the second point are also displayed and a third point on a selected auxiliary line is displayed. A rectangular parallelepiped is then displayed having the rectangle as one surface and the third point as a vertex. The position of the solid and the scales are then adjusted such that the solid is inscribed in the rectangular parellelepiped.

  • Patent number: 5619628
Abstract: In a 3-dimensional animation generating apparatus which uses a computer, the user generates a number of static images having parent-child relationships and which serve as key frames in the sequence from the start to the end of the animation, a number of animation frames specified by the user being automatically inserted between the key frames by means of interpolation. In this 3-dimensional animation generating apparatus, the times of each of the key frames as specified by the user are stored, the parent object coordinates and child object coordinates generated by the user are stored in a world coordinate system, along with parent-child relationship in each of the key frames.
