  • Patent number: 12018456
Abstract: It is made possible to perform power reduction control during non-operation of control levers, and suppress power consumption of a power source when a control lever is moved by an erroneous operation, and thus reduce energy consumption. Accordingly, a controller 50 performs the power reduction control when a non-operation time exceeds a set time after a transition is made from a state in which at least one control lever is operated to a non-operation state in which none of the control levers is operated, and the controller 50 cancels the power reduction control when at least one control lever is operated in a state in which the power reduction control is performed.

  • Patent number: 11753800
Abstract: A controller calculates the ratio between the sum of estimated demanded powers of a plurality of first actuators and the sum of estimated demanded powers of a plurality of second actuators, and calculates, on the basis of the ratio, first and second command values for adjusting allocation between a first allowable torque of a first pump and a second allowable torque of a second pump, and first and second regulators adjust the first and second allowable torques, on the basis of first and second output pressures of first and second torque control valves, such that the first and second allowable torques become values to which a predetermined allowable torque is allocated according to the ratio described above, and control the delivery flow rates of the first and second pumps such that the respective consumed torques of the first and second pumps do not become larger than the first and second allowable torques.

  • Publication number: 20230212638
Abstract: A microorganism test method includes: covering, with a hydrophobic capping solvent, a sample containing a specimen and a liquid culture medium, within a region in a vicinity of a sensor configured to detect a microorganism contained in the specimen; and calculating, based on an output from the sensor, information indicating a degree of growth of the microorganism contained in the specimen. For example, an analysis unit drives an array sensor in which many resonators are arranged in a matrix pattern, stores a resonance frequency of a resonator which is acquired at the time of starting the measurement as an initial frequency, and calculates a difference (frequency shift) between the initial frequency and a resonance frequency of the resonator which is measured at predetermined time intervals as information indicating a degree of growth of the microorganism contained in the specimen.

  • Publication number: 20220341126
Abstract: It is made possible to perform power reduction control during non-operation of control levers, suppress a return to a normal power state when a control lever is accidentally moved, and make a smooth transition to an operation desired to be performed when a return is made to the normal power state. To this end, in a power reduction state, when a first cancellation condition in which two or more control levers are inclined simultaneously is satisfied or when a second cancellation condition in which one lever continues to be inclined is satisfied, a controller 50 determines that an operator “has an intention of canceling power reduction” and cancels power reduction control.

  • Publication number: 20220259821
Abstract: In a hydraulic drive system used for an electrically driven hydraulic work machine that drives a hydraulic pump by an electric motor and supplies a hydraulic fluid to plural actuators to carry out work, the power consumption of the hydraulic pump is kept from exceeding a value decided in advance. For this purpose, a controller calculates target power to be consumed by the hydraulic pump on the basis of the capacity of the hydraulic pump, the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump sensed by a pressure sensor, and a target revolution speed of the electric motor, and limits the target revolution speed of the electric motor in such a manner that the target power falls within a range of the maximum allowable power.

  • Publication number: 20220184571
Abstract: Dilute chemical solution production device has a plunger pump and a chemical solution supply pipe that supply a chemical solution from a chemical solution reservoir. The end of the chemical solution supply pipe serves as an injection point for the chemical solution. The chemical solution supply pipe is inserted to an approximately central position in the radial direction of an ultrapure water passage, which is a first pipe, via a bore-through joint. Conductivity meter as a conductivity measuring means is provided on the downstream side of the bore-through joint, which serves as the injection point, and is connected to the previously described control means so that the plunger pump can be controlled in accordance with the measured value of the conductivity meter. The dilute chemical solution production device is capable of producing, with a simple structure, a dilute chemical solution having an extremely low concentration of acid/alkali or the like.
