  • Publication number: 20110107798
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a washing machine which is capable of substantially preventing vibrations of an outer tub occurring due to rotation of a rotary drum thereof from being transmitted from a base to a frame thereof. A lower edge portion (106A) of a left side face plate (106), a lower edge portion (107A) of a right side face plate (107) and a lower edge portion (108A) of a rear face plate (108) of a frame (101) surrounding an outer tub (4) are fixed to a base (102) by screws. On the other hand, a front portion (more specifically, a front left portion (111), a front right portion (112) and a second connection plate (110)) of the frame (101) and a control box (12) fixed to the front portion of the frame (101) by screws are not fixed to the base (102).

  • Patent number: 7490490
Abstract: The present invention provides a drum type washing machine capable of adequately distributing the laundry articles along the inner circumferential wall of the drum at the start-up of the dehydrating operation with high probability, thereby reducing the start-up time of the dehydration. In an embodiment of the present invention, the drum is controlled to rotate at a constant speed 50 r.p.m. to agitate the laundry articles (Step S12), and the drum speed is almost continuously monitored. If the change in the speed does not exceed 1.5 r.p.m. for 0.5 second (Steps S13 through S16), the laundry articles are loosened and easy to distribute. Therefore, the drum speed is raised to 80 r.p.m. (Steps S17 and S18). If the eccentric load detected at this speed does not exceed a predetermined value (Steps S19 and S20), the laundry articles are adequately distributed along and pressed onto the inner circumferential wall of the drum.

  • Publication number: 20080156437
Abstract: A method for connecting FPC to a second circuit board, comprising the steps of (i) preparing a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) and a second circuit board, (ii) disposing the connection parts of the FPC to face the connection parts of the second circuit board such that a thermosetting adhesive film is present between the connection parts of the FPC and the connection parts of the second circuit board, and (iii) applying heat and pressure sufficiently high to thoroughly push away the adhesive film for establishing electrical contact and allow for curing of the adhesive, wherein the ratio of conductor width (L)/conductor-to-conductor distance (S) in the conductor wiring end parts constituting the connection parts of FPC is 0.5 or less and the thermosetting adhesive film is adjusted to have a viscosity of 500 to 20,000 Pa·s at 200° C.

  • Patent number: 6716897
Abstract: A colored composition for color filter contains a colorant carrier formed of a transparent resin, a precursor of a transparent resin or a mixture thereof, and a green colorant dispersed in the colorant carrier. The green colorant contains a first halogenated metallophthalocyanine pigment having copper as a central metal, and at least one second halogenated metallophthalocyanine pigment having, as a central metal, a metal selected from the group consisting of Mg, Al, Si, Ti, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Ge and Sn. The content of the second halogenated metallophthalocyanine pigment is within a range of 1 to 80 mol % based on a total amount of the green colorant. Also disclosed is a color filter including at least one red filter segment, at least one blue filter segment, and at least one green filter segment. At least one green filter segment is prepared from the above-mentioned colored composition.
