  • Publication number: 20120146448
Abstract: A rotor for a synchronous reluctance machine includes a plurality of rotor modules disposed in an axial sequence along a common axis. Each rotor module includes a plurality of poles disposed in adjacent sectors about the common axis, each pole including a plurality of magnetic segments spaced apart from one another in radial direction, a support plate, provided on an axial side of the plurality of poles, and fastening means for fastening the plurality of poles to the support plate. The fastening means, preferably a plurality of axially arranged bolts or an adhesive, bonds the plurality of poles to the support plate.

  • Patent number: 6481368
Abstract: A device for heat treatment of an object comprises a susceptor (9) having walls (10) surrounding an inner room (11) adapted to receive the object and Rf-field radiating means (12, 15) arranged outside the walls and adapted to heat the walls and by that said object. Said means comprises at least two coils (12, 15) with at least one turn each following upon each other in a longitudinal direction of the susceptor and a current source (17) arranged to cause a current to flow in each coil in a direction of rotation around the susceptor walls opposite to that of the other coil for heating said walls.

  • Patent number: 6093253
Abstract: A device for epitaxial growth of objects by Chemical Vapor Deposition on a substrate comprises a susceptor adapted to receive the substrate and members for heating walls of the susceptor surrounding the substrate and thereby the substrate and a gas mixture fed to the substrate for the growth. The device comprises also members for holding the substrate in the path of the gas mixture through the susceptor at a distance from internal walls thereof.
