Abstract: There is provided with an antenna apparatus, including: a finite ground plate; a plurality of conductor plates arranged along and on both sides of a first gap line or a second gap line that intersect with the first gap line; a plurality of first linear conductive elements configured to connect the finite ground plate with each of the conductor plates; and an antenna element configured to have second and third linear conductive elements arranged in the first gap line and a feeding point that is placed between adjacent ends of the second and third linear conductive elements for supplying electric power from the ends, wherein the feeding point is positioned in an intersection area of the first gap line and the second gap line.

Abstract: First and second monopole conductive elements are disposed so as to be approximately mutually perpendicular and so that respective open ends are adjacent, and with respect to a straight line that passes between open ends of the first and second monopole conductive elements and through a center of a conductive ground plane, a first conductive ground plane portion formed on a first monopole conductive element-side of the straight line among the conductive ground plane and the first monopole conductive element are formed so as to be approximately symmetrical to a second conductive ground plane portion formed on a second monopole conductive element-side of the straight line among the conductive ground plane and the second monopole conductive element.

Abstract: First and second wires are formed so that the further away from a semiconductor chip, the greater the distance between the first and second wires. This prevents currents flowing through the first and second wires from cancelling out each other, and further enables a metallic plate to be disposed as far away from the semiconductor chip as possible. In addition, configuring the metallic plate to have a constant width that is wider than the diameters of the first and second wires results in a wide connection range, thereby ensuring connection even when mounting misalignments occur between the wires and the metallic plate.
