Patent number: 6942042Abstract: A pneumatic motor-controlled valve of a screwdriver is installed between an air guide hole of a pneumatic motor and a main air valve gate in the screwdriver. A valve hole is formed on a guide seat and is communicated to an air guide hole of the motor. A plug is formed on an outer wall of a cylinder; and the cylinder is movably mounted within the guide seat. A lower spring resists against the cylinder. At least one ventilating hole is formed on a wall of the cylinder for communicating the valve hole to one of the upper valve opening and the lower valve opening of the main air valve gate. The plug drives the cylinder to actuate with the descending and rising of the piston valve so as to open or close the valve hole of the guide seat, thereby, the rotation of the motor is controlled.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 2003Date of Patent: September 13, 2005Assignee: De Poan Pneamatic Corp.Inventor: Yun-Chung Lee

Publication number: 20050098333Abstract: An air valve of a pneumatic motor of a screwdriver and an air path of the air valve is disclosed. A spindle of the pneumatic motor is formed with a bi-directional rod groove. One end of the rod groove is communicated to an air inlet of the pneumatic motor and another end thereof is formed with a valve gate to be communicated to an air supply in the screwdriver so as to form an air path to supply air to drive the pneumatic motor. A piston rod for beating a screw nail is mounted in the rod groove. An air stop washer is formed on the piston rod for controlling opening and closing of the valve gate with the movement of the screw nail as the screw nail is beaten so as to control the opening and closing of the valve gate. Thus rotation of the pneumatic motor is controlled.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 12, 2003Publication date: May 12, 2005Inventor: Yun-Chung Lee

Patent number: 5806748Abstract: The present invention relates to an ejection switch for a nailer, comprising a valve seat, a gliding seat and a moving bar, allowing for precise controlling of the ejection of nails. The moving bar glides vertically within a gliding seat, with a vertical position that controls a loading state and an ejection state of the ejection switch. The gliding seat glides vertically within the valve seat. After ejecting a nail and after loading for another ejection, the gliding seat respectively moves against the moving bar. Thus the triggering of the loading state and of the ejection state follows the position of the moving bar in a hysteresis-like behavior and unwanted ejection of nails is prevented.Type: GrantFiled: December 3, 1997Date of Patent: September 15, 1998Inventor: Yun-Chung Lee
